"The phrase “double listening” has always been significant for me. And it means that we’re called to listen both to the Word of God, and to today’s world, in order to relate the one to the other.” - The
late Revd Dr John Stott
The Living Word Conference is an annual conference jointly organised by the Diocese of Singapore and The Bible Society of Singapore. It aims to equip those who are involved in the ministry of the Word, especially teachers and preachers. For this year's conference, we will be exploring the theme of "Double Listening" by focusing on the Book of the Ephesians. We will also give some special attention to issues of human sexuality and relationships. The Conference starts with the opening evening session on Wednesday (8 pm, 16th July). Registration cost is $35 (inclusive of lunch and tea refreshments). Online registration will be available soon. Evening sessions are free and open to the public.
