先师钟志邦牧师博士今午安息主怀。他是一位绅士，儒者，神学家，画家，更是一位喜爱音乐的歌唱者。感恩近来能和钟博士共用午餐，这是三月一日和钟博士拜访了以色列大使馆后的午餐，他带我来并坚持请我。我永远记得这一餐。谢谢钟博士!

As we prepare our hearts to head to the polls, we recall John Wesley's advice on voting: "(1) To vote, without fee or reward, for the person they judged most worthy; (2) To speak no evil of the person they voted against; (3) To take care their spirits were not sharpened against those that voted on the other side."
John Wesley wrote this in a different time and a different place but it is still a good reminder for the People called Methodists as we go to the polls this Friday. Please join us in praying for our nation: that the Holy Spirit guides us to vote with wisdom, and that we uphold the elections outcome with Godly values, and continue to honour peace, harmony and unity as a nation. Amen.

当我们准备参加投票前，我们回想起约翰·卫斯理（John Wesley）对于投票的建议：“（1）不求任何报偿地将选票投给那最适当与值得的人选；（2）避免对他方人选发表任何恶言；（3）不可心怀不平地与投票立场不同之人针锋相对。”
约翰·卫斯理在不同的时代和不同处境写了这封信，但这仍然对卫理宗信徒是一个很好的提醒，即使对我们在本星期五的投票日也一样。请大家齐心为我们的国家祈祷：圣灵引导我们以智慧投票，我们以虔诚的价值观维护选举结果，并继续尊重民族间的和平，和谐与合一。阿们。

By being still, I will glorify God.

Still waters brings peace and it reflects clearly the images. When we know to be still, we will see the state of our life and know He is God.

Took a walk myself at 2:30pm under the hot sun. The reason like the Samaritan woman going to the well at noon ... and meet Him in nature.
下午2点半烈日下到蓄水池走，原因有日中午到井边打水的撒玛利亚妇女 。。。并在自然中遇见耶稣。 @ Lower Peirce Reservoir
