西南壇 Xi Nan Tan

西南壇是一間用有六十多年歷史的神壇。在1940年代由西南壇的發起人蘇在根先生在ABC甘榜村成立.請本壇主神北極玄天上帝和奈河橋蓮花太子下凡扶乩救世萬民﹐行善積德。在1980年代因政府要開發甘榜﹐西南壇搬遷到亞力山大大牌136。當時西南壇香火不因搬遷而斷﹐在蘇在根先生帶領眾理事和弟子下,西南壇香火旺盛。在2000年﹐因為政府要開發亞力山大﹐西南壇第二次搬遷到惹蘭孟比那﹐由北極玄天上帝﹐奈河橋蓮花太子﹐南海娘娘和陰府大爺帶領第二代理事人﹐於眾弟子和信女把西南壇的忠旨救世萬民﹐行善積德﹐照服人群的精神發揚光大。
西南壇每年風雨不改都會在三月初四-慶祝北極玄天上帝寶誕﹐六月初六-慶祝奈河橋蓮花太子千秋 和七月廿七-慶祝陰府大二爺伯千秋。
西南壇希望全世界國泰民安﹐風調雨順﹐眾信徒合境平安﹐生意興隆。

Xi Nan Tan is a local Taoism temple with over 60 years of history. The temple was founded by Mr Soh Chai Koon in the ABC Kampong area, by the decree of The Heavenly Xuan Emperor (Bei Ji Xuan Tian Shang Di) and The Lotus Prince of the Nai River Bridge (Nai He Qiao Lian Hua Tai Zi) to help people and save lives, and to promote morals and good deeds to mankind. Despite the shift, the temple continued to flourish with a huge continuous flow of devotees under the leadership of Mr Soh Chai Koon and his team of leaders. In 2000, Xi Nan Tan underwent a second shift due to government development in the Alexandra area, and is currently located in Jalan Membina. The temple is currently under the leadership of The Heavenly Xuan Emperor (Bei Ji Xuan Tian Shang Di, The Lotus Prince of the Nai River Bridge (Nai He Qiao Lian Hua Tai Zi), The Goddess of Mercy of the Northern Sea (Nan Hai Niang Niang), and The Lords of Hades (Ying Fu Da Ye) alongside with the 2nd generation of leaders. The temple continues to uphold its belief of saving lives and helping mankind, and to spread the teachings of moral and good deeds to the public. Xi Nan Tan celebrates the birth date of The Heavenly Xuan Emperor on 4th March, the birth date of The Lotus Prince of D**g Nai River Bridge on the 6th of June, and birthday of The Lords of Hades on 17th July of the lunar calendar, every year without fail.
