I usually spend my days building guitars or making parts for other guitar builders. This week I started building a batch of cabinets for the mighty Olsson Amps. I really like these kinds of projects, where I can put on some music and lock into assembly-line mode for a couple of days 😎

It’s time to make room for new demo guitars. This Comet T was built in 2023 and has been on display on a few exhibitions. It features a brushed pine body with satin black finish (slightly worn), European flame maple neck (sycamore) and rosewood fretboard. Lundgren pickups (Bridge P90 and Vertigo tele in the neck) 3-way switch, tone and vol. Nordin Custom hardtail bridge and gotoh 510 staggered tuners.

Standard price is 32500 SEK (3000€), now 19500 SEK (1800€)

Friday quick tip for all my CNC buddies. Get yourself a cheap macro keypad on aliexpress, add some hotkeys to your mach screen and you have yourself a custom pendant. To make yourself happy every time you use it you can 3D-print custom buttons! Happy times!

When precutting frets length to make rounded fret ends before fretting, it’s always been a slow process of cutting and filing to get the perfect fit. Not anymore! I just made this adjustable fence with digital readout and together with the Proxxon KG50 it makes cutting with a +\- 0,05 accuracy fast and easy! If you want one for yourself, just let me know!
