The serenity mass in Malmö

We are sad to annunce that the serenity mass will have to end, in the form it has had until now.
There will be an English mass in the Church of Sweden in Malmö though.
As soon as we know where and when it will start, we will use this platform to communicate it. Hopefully it will be able to start this fall.

Than there will be another page dedicated to the new mass in English.

What is important in your life?
What takes away the darkness?
For some of us, it is to see the seeds we have planted start growing. Litteraly as well as symbolically. For anything to be able to grow, light is important.
Light fighting it's way through clouds and darkness.
"Light" are the theme of our serenity mass on Sunday the 25th.

How to show a picture of God?
The churches has tried for the last 2000 years and yet it's just our imagination and - most of the time at least - beautiful art. So why not try the other way: let a beautiful flower carved out in concreate be a symbol of God?
The theme of our serenity mass on Sunday is - which you properbly already guessed - God.

Some things in life are really hard, yet necessary. To be able to surrender when there is no way out, is one of them.
"Surrender" is the theme of the serenity mass on Sunday the 30th.

This Sunday, the 23d, we will reflect upon something that can be a true challenge to embrace. The theme is "believe". And wether it´s about believing in a higher power, in oneself and the fact that "you´re already doing it" or any other thing - this might be something to pause and think about for a while.

Today on the 14th of February we celebrate
St Valentines day. The day of love, when our world gets surrounded by hearts.

Our world needs the love, it needs the light - so let's try to combine the two and spread both love and light today.

Today we wish each other a Happy New Year and hope and pray that 2025 will be a year in Gods peace.
That we remember that our hopes and prayers also needs our actions! The three combined is how change is done.

Let us see that many small changes makes a big change combined.

It's those times coming up, when the darkness lights up with thousands of candles around us.
To some, it is natural and gives a cozy feeling. To others they are reminders of something one has tried hard to forget. One thing is for sure - they do bring back memorys.
