Janmashtamī Celebrations at Hare Krishna Temple Lund

What a divine and unforgettable Janmashtamī we experienced together !!!
The Grand Abhishek of Lord Krishna filled the temple with purity and devotion, the Keertan that made every devotee dance with ecstatacy.
The beautifully decorated Jhulan (Swing) for the Lord brought joy to every heart.
Our heartfelt gratitude to all the devotees who came and made the celebration vibrant.
A SPECIAL THANKS to the Generous Donors who Sponsored Beads for the temple construction—your support is truly a blessing.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to all the volunteers who tirelessly helped with cleaning and arrangements throughout the program.
This year, we lovingly prepared 56 varieties of prasadam (Chappan Bhog) and offered them to Sri Krishna.
The aroma, the devotion, and the offering made the atmosphere divine.
The Keertan echoed through the hall, leaving a melody that will stay in our hearts for a long time.
A special highlight was the Drama Stage beautifully depicting the sacred birth story of Lord Krishna.
The children and adults who participated brought the pastime to life with devotion and grace.
Together, we celebrated not just a festival, but a moment of spiritual unity and joy.
May Lord Krishna bless every devotee who contributed, participated, and supported this divine event.

Join us for an evening of chanting the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, spiritual association and a peaceful end to the week.

It was truly a blissful and joyful evening, filled with beautiful kirtan, wonderful theatre, Sri Balarama Abhishekam, and delicious prasadam. 🎶🎭🪔🍚

Today, on the most auspicious occasion of Sri Balarama Purnima, we had the great fortune of witnessing a beautiful and blissful Vedic marriage ceremony by H.G. Madhavapuri prabhu at our temple in Lund for *Bhaktin Tova and Bhakta Loed.*💐💍🙏

The ceremony was filled with beautiful prayers, mantras, kirtan and the loving association of devotees. It was truly a joyful and memorable occasion for everyone present. 🌿✨

💛 Would you also like to perform a Vedic Samskara at the temple?

You are most welcome to contact us if you would like to arrange a Vedic marriage ceremony or other Samskaras at the temple. We will be happy to help facilitate these auspicious ceremonies in the association of devotees.

Narasimha Chaturdashi Celebration – At our Hare Krishna Temple, Lund

Today, the day of Pournami (Full Moon) day was truly an uplifting and spiritually charged celebration of Narasimha Chaturdashi. The ambiance was filled with devotion, energy, and the blessings of Lord Narasimha’.

We began with a Grand Narasimha Yagna, invoking auspiciousness and protection for all. The powerful chanting of Narasimha Kavacham resonated through the hall, filling every heart with strength and serenity.
Following the Yagna , the Devotees joined in soulful kirtan, creating a vibrant wave of devotion. A beautiful lecture on the divine appearance of Lord Narasimha reminded us of His boundless compassion and His promise to protect His devotees. The devotees then offered Abishek to Lord Lakshmi Narasima followed by Aarti.
Our talented children brought smiles to everyone with a delightful kids’ drama, sharing the story of Prahlad and Lord Narasimha in the sweetest way. We concluded the celebration with a delicious Prasad.

A heartfelt thank you to all our dedicated volunteers — for preparing the Prasad, arranging the temple, supporting every part of the program, and staying back to clean. Your service is the backbone of every festival.

May Lord Narasimha bless all with courage, devotion, and divine protection.
