Praise the Lord for the great work here in Kaya Maban Refugees Camp.
We, witness the 8 believers, stand together today in joyful obedience to the call of Jesus Christ, having entered the waters of baptism as a public declaration of faith. This sacred act marks not only the washing away of our past sins, but the beginning of a new life in Christ—a life of surrender, service, and sanctification.
We believe:
- That Jesus Christ is the Son of God, our Savior and Redeemer.
- That through His death and resurrection, we have received forgiveness and eternal life.
- That baptism is a symbol of our death to sin and resurrection into a life led by the Holy Spirit.
- That we are now part of the body of Christ, called to love one another and serve faithfully.
We commit:
- To walk daily in the light of God’s Word.
- To uphold the teachings of Christ with humility and courage.
- To be witnesses of His grace in our families, communities, and beyond.
- To grow together in fellowship, prayer, and discipleship.
Today, we celebrate not just a moment, but a movement—of hearts transformed, lives renewed, and souls awakened to the glory of God. May our journey ahead be marked by faith, hope, and love, and may our baptism be the beginning of a lifelong testimony to the power of Jesus Christ.
May God bless you
