May moments here in the middleeast na tahimik ka lang, pero ang dami mong iniisip.
There's a specific kind of loneliness that only OFWs understand.
It's not the dramatic kind. It's the quiet kind.
It's eating your lunch alone and suddenly missing your family's noise around the dinner table. It's hearing a song on the radio that reminds you of home. It's a birthday passing and realizing the people you love most are thousands of miles away.
Nobody prepared me for that kind of quiet.
But here's what I've learned living here in the middle east, that quiet is actually where God meets you the most.
When the noise of life is stripped away, when there's no distraction, no familiar comfort, that's when you realize He was always the one constant. The one who never leaves. The one who sits in the silence with you.
If you're going through that kind of day today, you're not alone. And you are more loved than you know. ❤️
