Passion for JEC knows no boundaries.

On Nkombo Island, GS St Pierre JEC members gathered with Henriette UWABAGIRA, the JEC Cyangungu Diocesan president for a moment of formation, sharing, and a growing commitment to the movement.

From learning the JEC Hymn to embracing the Promise song, highlighted the group’s growing attachment to JEC and their desire to actively live its mission .

TTS de la Salle base group witnessed a memorable day in the life of JEC as 23 new members make their commitment to the movement in the ceremony attended by Fr. Augustin, JEC chaplain in diocese of Byumba, the National President of JEC, university students, and representatives from Bon Conseil and Collège de Rebero base group.

The occasion also served to introduce the newly elected committee. JEC Rwanda leadership expressed gratitude to the outgoing committee and to the finalists completing their secondary education for their dedication, service, and invaluable contribution to the mission of JEC.

As they embark on this new chapter, JEC members were encouraged to embody JEC values and continue transforming their communities through Faith and Action✊🏼

Sunday, 31 May 2026, at St Ignace TSS and Collège St Ignace Mugina, 24 new members made their commitment to JEC mission .

The event was graced by the presence of President of JEC Rwanda, and many JEC alumni from St Ignace TSS, whose continued support remains a source of inspiration for the younger generation.

The President of JEC Rwanda called on them to spread the values and experiences they have gained through JEC wherever they go.
School leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to continuously supporting JEC activities and accompanying students in their journey of faith, service, and leadership.
