A progressive and successful report was pointed remarkable yesterday 10th of April 2026 1st Quarter - Doha Local Church Growth Summit 2026.
With collective progress in the said report, our Beloved Presby. Andreo Pabelico gave his insights and comments which are truly, positively constructive in many aspects on how to develop and nourish the ministries that we have received. Overall we may face challenges in our ministries but when we do it with love in our leadership we will all succeed.
Presby. Andy noted that a Healthy Spiritual Leaderships comes in being intimate with God, where we need to have a private devotion & walk with God daily in —prayer, Scripture, and stillness—becomes the well from which all their wisdom, patience, and direction is drawn. Second is having a Servant Heart to be served and have embraced the call to serve and the responsibility to be stewarded. We should be willing to do small tasks and wiling to cast the big vision. While, he also emphasized about having a Healthy Culture where we understand that the environment matters as much as the outcome. A healthy leader is a guardian of trust, honor, and emotional safety. We can only know that a team can only grow as healthy as the soil they are planted in. Everyone is encouraged to ‘Love and Develop People’ - they are not hoarding power; they are distributing it. Healthy leaders are developers at heart. They look at the people entrusted to them and see not just what they are but what they could become. They invest time in mentoring, they champion the success of others, and they find genuine joy when someone they've poured into goes further than they did. And finally, let the ‘Truth Spoken in Love’ – we discuss matters with honesty but with grace and with love, learning the art of holding grace and truth together. That our words can be direct enough to bring change and tender enough to preserve relationship.

We are empowered of the Words of God we received through our beloved Presby. Andy and we pray for the outcome with God’s mercy and grace. To God be all the glory! May we help enrich each other’s ministries and increase our faith all the more!

The Home Free Global Crusade: Saved. Healed. Delivered. Tour in Marikina was truly inspiring. So many lives were touched, and you could really feel how God was moving all throughout the event.

Hearts were encouraged, faith was strengthened, and it’s something people will surely carry with them even after the crusade.

We’re grateful for everything that took place and excited for what God will continue to do in the days ahead.

Qatar and Africa District – 1st Quarter Church Growth Summit 2026
We give thank s and praise to God for the successful and victorious conclusion of the Qatar and Africa District 1st Quarter Church Growth Summit held today, March 28, 2026. Truly, it was a powerful gathering marked by unity, spiritual renewal, and a deeper commitment to the advancement of God’s Kingdom across the region.
This summit stands as a testimony of God’s faithfulness, where leaders and members were strengthened, equipped, and inspired to pursue greater growth and fruitfulness in ministry. The atmosphere was filled with joy, fellowship, and divine impartation that will continue to produce lasting fruit in the churches throughout the Qatar and Africa District.

With heartfelt gratitude, we honor and thank Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, Chief Executive Minister of the PMCC (4th Watch), for his visionary leadership, spiritual authority, and unwavering commitment to the work of God. Through his guidance and apostolic covering, the church continues to advance globally with clarity of vision, strength in leadership, and unity in purpose. His life and ministry remain a great inspiration and foundation for the continued growth of the work.

We also express deep appreciation to Bishop Aldrin Palanca, Regional Overseer of the MEQaf District, for his great leadership, unwavering guidance, and tireless support. His dedication and pastoral care continue to bring direction, stability, and growth to the region. We are truly grateful for his faithful service in shepherding the churches with wisdom, humility, and strength.

We likewise give special recognition and salute to Presbyter Andy Pabelico for his faithful service, steadfast leadership, and passionate commitment to the work of God. His efforts in strengthening the churches, encouraging the leaders, and supporting the vision have been truly invaluable. Through his diligence and heart for ministry, many have been inspired to remain steadfast and continue pressing forward in their calling.

Indeed, this summit stands as a milestone of victory and a clear declaration that God is continually building His church and expanding His work in the Qatar and Africa District. To Him alone be all the glory, honor, and praise!

My Kawan, My Family
PMCC Doha Locale

The sports activity led by our beloved Presbyter Andy and Presbyter Adel comes at a very timely moment. In times of difficulty, sports can play a vital role in strengthening the Church and bringing the family of God closer together.

As our beloved Presbyter Andy shared in his message, when we step onto the field with our brothers and sisters in Christ, sports are transformed from mere competition into a meaningful expression of the Family of God. The Apostle Paul encourages us to be “diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Ephesians 4:3). A special bond is formed when we strive together, sweat together, and pursue a common goal.

In that space, we are more than teammates—we become living examples of the Church: a body where every member matters, where the strong support the weak, and where we learn to forgive a missed pass just as Christ forgave us.

When we compete alongside our brethren, the game becomes a living picture of unity. We celebrate one another’s victories without envy, extend grace in moments of frustration, and show the world what it truly means to love one another deeply (1 Peter 4:8).

The field becomes a place where iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17)—not to tear one another down, but to build each other up in faith. Ultimately, playing sports with the family of God gives us a glimpse of heaven: a diverse yet united flock moving as one, with our eyes fixed not only on the finish line, but on the Shepherd who leads and cheers us on.
