On July 23rd, Sensei Vinicio Antony delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking lecture titled “Black Belt Mind” to members of the U.S. Air Force and support personnel stationed at Lajes Field, Terceira Island. 🇺🇸🇵🇹

Based on his book Black Belt Mind, the session explored how martial arts principles — like mental discipline, focus, and resilience — can be applied to everyday challenges, leadership, and high-stress environments.

💭 Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, Sensei Vinicio shared powerful strategies to build a "black belt mindset" .

🧠 His unique approach blends traditional martial arts philosophy with modern psychology, offering valuable tools for managing stress, improving performance, and cultivating inner resilience.

A special thanks to the 65th Air Base Group for the opportunity to share the values and excellence of martial arts with those who serve. 🙏
