Dear Friends,

Below you will find the itinerary for the International World Apostolate of Fatima Congress that is to take place during the 2025 December Fatima & Spain Pilgrimage in Honoring the 100th Anniversary of the First Saturday Devotion.

This pilgrimage is a unique opportunity and includes this two-day International World Apostolate of Fatima Congress at our hotel and retreat center, Domus Pacis. This is an opportunity to learn more about the devotion, pray and connect with your fellow pilgrims and our international apostolate leaders and members from around the world.

The Congress, to be held Dec. 6 & 7, will strengthen your faith and deepen your connection with Our Lady as we prepare for the Centenary of the First Saturday Devotion, Dec. 10, 2025.

The following conference sessions are a theological/pastoral symposium centered on the theme, “The Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”

Presentations include:

-The Heart of God in Sacred Scripture
by Bishop José Ornelas Carvalho, diocese of Leiria-Fatima

-The Sacred Heart of Jesus in the History of the Church
by Teresa Messias, Professor at Lisbon Catholic University of Portugal

-The Heart of Mary in the History of the Church
by Fr. Stefano M. Cecchin, O.F.M, President of PAMI

-The Immaculate Heart of Mary in Fatima
by Fr. Carlos Cabecinhas, Rector of the Shrine of Fatima

-Heart of Mary: symbol and icon in the Contemporary Church
by Marco Daniel Duarte, Department of Studies of the Shrine of Fatima

-Consecration and Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
by Sister Angela de Fátima Coelho, Alliance of Santa Maria

-A panel discussion will follow the last conference.

In addition to the Congress, the pilgrimage will visit these sacred sites

-Fatima and Aljustrel, the childhood homes of the seers; apparition sites of the Angel and Blessed Mother; Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary where the seers are buried; Mass and nightly Rosary processions at the Chapel of Apparitions
-Pontevedra, where you will participate in the Centennial program on Dec. 10, at the chapel where the First Saturday apparition to Lucia occurred.

O Apostolado Mundial de Fátima, em colaboração com o Santuário de Fátima, está a organizar um congresso teológico-pastoral internacional sobre “O Sagrado Coração de Jesus e o Imaculado Coração de Maria” em Fátima, Portugal, nos dias 6 e 7 de dezembro de 2025. De 9 a 11 de dezembro, realiza-se uma peregrinação a Pontevedra e a Santiago de Compostela, Espanha, para participar nas celebrações do centenário da aparição de Nossa Senhora e do Menino Jesus à Irmã Lúcia, no dia 10 de dezembro.

The World Apostolate of Fatima, in collaboration with the Shrine of Fatima, is organizing an international theological-pastoral Congress on “The Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary” in Fátima, Portugal on December 6 and 7, 2025. This will be followed by a Pilgrimage to Pontevedra and Santiago of Compostela, Spain, on December 9 to 11, to participate in the centennial anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady and the Child Jesus to Sister Lucia, on December 10.

The next World Youth Day 2027 will be in Seoul, South Korea, announced today Pope Francis, at the closing Mass of WYD Lisbon. Congratulations to our all our World Apostolate Fatima members in Korea.

This morning, August 1st, the delegation of Ukrainian pilgrims travelling to Lisbon for the World Youth Day made a stop in Fatima and visited the Byzantine chapel of Domus Pacis, for a beautiful moment of prayer.

The World Apostolate of Fatima, in partnership with the “Movimento da Mensagem de Fatima” has a booth at the “WYD Lisbon Vocational Fair”. The purpose is to promote the message of Fatima and our two organizations among the youth. There is a permanent team of volunteers, from August 1 to 4, welcoming everyone. No dia 13 de outubro, o Apostolado Mundial de Fátima liderou um esforço mundial de reparação ao Imaculado Coração de Maria, através da oferta de um ramalhete espiritual a Nossa Senhora, como parte da sua campanha "5 milhões de Terços" invocando a intercessão de Maria, rezando pela paz, pelas famílias, pela Igreja e pelo fim da pandemia.
Apesar do menor número de peregrinos presentes este ano no recinto do Santuário de Fátima, devido à pandemia Covid-19, foi grande a comunhão espiritual com todos os devotos de Fátima.
