Riverside is showing up for the nations! 🌍⚽

The World Cup has begun, and while the world cheers for its teams, we are also joining together in prayer.

Throughout the tournament, we will be praying for each participating nation, believing that God will move across the world with grace, truth and salvation.

This first message invites us to look honestly at our faith, not only in what we believe, but in how we live when pressure comes.

James reminds us that real faith is tested, shaped, and made visible in everyday life.

Last Sunday, we celebrated lives taking a public step of faith through baptism.

More than a moment in the water, baptism is a declaration of a life transformed by Jesus.

The old story is left behind. A new life has begun.
When Christ comes in, hope is born, identity is restored, and everything takes on a new meaning.

We celebrate every person who experienced this special moment.
May this day be remembered as the visible beginning of a new story in God.
