JESUS CHRIST – the only begotten Son of God, conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the Virgin Mary, Jesus Christ was God Incarnate, yet human, He lived a sinless life, died vicariously to make atonement for the sin of mankind, was bodily resurrected and is now Mediator at the right hand of the Father. He is assuredly coming in power and glory for His believing followers and is the only Savior of man. JESUS CRISTO – Es el hijo unigénito de Dios, concebido del Espíritu Santo y nacido de la Virgen Maria, Jesucristo es Dios hecho verbo y aunque humano, vivió una vida sin pecado, sufrió una muerte vicaria para redimir con su sacrificio el pecado de la humanidad, resucitó de entre los mu***os Glorificado y sentado a la diestra del Señor, es el único Mediador y Salvador del hombre. Por su poder y gloria, ha de regresar a aquellos que por El se acercan a Dios. HOLY SPIRIT – He is of One substance, majesty and glory with the Father and the Son. His purpose is to convince the world of sin, righteousness and judgment; to regenerate those who repent of their sins and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and cleanse, indwell, empower, teach, guide and comfort believers. ESPIRITU SANTO – Es la esencia de Dios, majestuoso y glorificado, como el Padre y el Hijo. Su propósito es convencer al mundo de la existencia del pecado, la rectitud y la justicia; regenerar aquellos que se arrepienten de sus pecados y creen en Jesucristo; y purificar, morar, residir, enseñar, guiar y consolar a los creyentes. BIBLE – The Holy Scriptures are the divinely inspired Word of God and are authoritative in all matters of Christian faith and practice. They contain all that is necessary to salvation. BIBLIA – Las Sagradas Escrituras es la de Palabras de Dios, divinamente inspirada y pose en autoridad en todos los asuntos de la fe y la práctica Cristiana. Contienen todo lo necesario para la alcanzar la salvación. SATAN – The Bible teaches that there is a personal Satan who is an active adversary in the world. SALVATION – Genuine repentance for sin and faith in the atoning work of Christ and the promises of God bring forgiveness to the penitent and make him a partaker of the divine nature and give him peace with God. This is spoken of as the “new birth”. The Spirit-filled life is characterized by the fruit of the spirit and the gifts which God bestows for the building up of the church As a result of the Holy Spirit’s indwelling; the Christian is to be
increasingly concerned over social evils and to refrain from partaking of anything that is injurious to himself or his fellow man. UNA VIDA LLENA DEL ESPIRITU – La Biblia enseña que el santuario del Espíritu Santo habita en cada creyente. Una vida llena del espíritu se caracteriza por el fruto del espíritu y los dones que Dios imparte para edificar la Iglesia. Como resultado de la existencia del Espíritu Santo el cristiano tiene que estar cada vez más conciente de los males de la sociedad y contenerse de participar de cualquiera acción que pueda perjudicar al prójimo o a si mismo. SERVICE – Witnessing to one’s faith in Christ is a necessary means of spiritual exercise, growth in the Christian life and winning the lost to Christ and the church. Christian service also implies the active, redemptive, reconciliation and rehabilitation of all society through whatever means is at our disposal
SERVICIO – Dar testimonio de nuestra fe en Cristo es una acción necesaria para el desarrollo espiritual, la progresión en la vida cristiana y para encaminar hacia Cristo y hacia la Iglesia a aquellas vidas que están perdidas. Brindar servicio cristiano implica responsabilizarnos activamente por la redención, reconciliación y rehabilitación de la sociedad, utilizando los medios necesarios que tengamos al alcance. SECOND COMING OF CHRIST – The second coming of Christ is a bodily return to the earth and He will cause the fulfillment of all prophecies made concerning His final and complete triumph over all evil. Faith in Christ’s return is the inspiring hope of the people of God. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved and everlasting conscious punishment of the lost. SEGUNDA VENIDA DE CRISTO – La segunda venida de Cristo al mundo, será corporal, visi ble y El cumplirá todas las profecías que se han predicho relacionadas a su triunfo final y completo sobre toda maldad. La fe en el regreso de Jesús es la esperanza que mantiene inspirado al pueblo de Dios. Creemos en la resurrección física de los justos e injustos, la ben dición eterna de los salvos y el eterno castigo consciente de los perdidos. SACRAMENTS – The church dedicates children as parents present them to the Lord and baptizes believers as their public and personal confession of their acceptance of Christ as a personal Savior and the church offers the Lord’s Supper according to the Scriptures. SACRAMENTOS – Cuando los niños son presentados por sus padres al Señor, la Iglesia realiza un acto de dedicación y cuando los creyentes confiesan públicamente que han aceptado a Cristo como su Salvador, la Iglesia ofrece la Cena del Señor, como lo indica las Escrituras.
