Hello!
Here’s a quick recap from our Sunday Sermon.
Topic: WHO ARE YOU WALKING WITH?
Who Are You Walking With?
Sometimes in life, doors open because of who you are walking with.
In Acts 12:6–17, Peter was in prison. When the angel came, Peter followed him, and the iron gate opened by itself. Peter didn’t have to force it—the door opened because he was walking with someone sent by God.
The same principle appears with Paul and Barnabas in Acts 9:27. Paul had a calling, but Barnabas helped introduce him to the apostles. And in Mark 2:1–5, the paralyzed man reached Jesus because his friends carried him.
But there is another side.
After the angel left Peter, he arrived at the house and had to knock.
Sometimes God uses someone to take you to the door, but eventually you have to knock for yourself.
So ask yourself:
Who am I walking with?
Are the people around me taking me closer to God?
What doors have opened because of the people God placed in my life?
What door is God asking me to knock on myself?
And most importantly:
“I am the vine; you are the branches.” — John 15:5
Stay connected to Jesus. Walk with the right people. Allow others to help you—but also be willing to become the person who helps someone else reach their door.
