Last weekend these seven children received their First Holy Communion 😇 You may recognize some of them from our international Mass in English. Many thanks to Sue and Sr. Joachima for preparing children and their families for this important step in their life of faith 🙏

Thursday, June 4th is the feast of Corpus Christi and a Holy Day of Obligation. While our community will not be having Mass in English, we encourage you to join a nearby Polish parish in celebrating this beautiful feast. God bless!

Holy Week begins tomorrow! We will have mass in English on Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday at 10:30am at Our Lady of the Snows. We will also be having our Lenten Penance Service on Wednesday, April 1st at 7:00pm in St. Giles Church. For Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and the Easter Vigil, we will not have services in English. For these days, we invite you to attend services at your local Polish church.

Join us for our Lenten Penance Service on Wednesday, April 1st at 19:00 in St. Giles Church (located at Grodzka 67). Multiple English speaking priests will be available to hear confessions. Our Wednesday Faith Formation group will resume this Wednesday, February 25th at 18:00. We will be continuing with a Lenten book study on “The Return of the Prodigal Son” by Henri J.M. Nouwen. Please feel welcome to join even if you haven’t read the book — the conversation will still be meaningful!

📖 *Meeting schedule & readings:*
We will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 18-19:30 in the Dominican Priory in St. Dominic’s room (Stolarska 12) as last fall.
• Feb. 25 – The Story of the Two Sons and Their Father, Prologue & Introduction
• March 4 – Part One: The Younger Son (Chapters 1–3)
• March 11 – Part Two: The Elder Son (Chapters 4–6)
• March 18 – Part Three: The Father (Chapters 7–9)
• March 25 – Becoming the Father
• April 1 – Epilogue: Living the Painting

We’ll gather to reflect, share, and pray together throughout the season. Whether you can attend every session or just a few, you’re very welcome. Looking forward to walking this Lenten season together!

Our 2026 Ash Wednesday Mass and distribution of ashes will be held at 5:45pm (17:45) on February 18th. We will be gathering in the Dominican Chapter Hall located in the priory at ulica Stolarska 12. Join us as we enter the Lenten season together!
