Natural Family Planning (NFP) training helps couples understand Church teachings on sexuality and marriage, specifically focusing on regulating family size through tracking natural fertility cycles.

Helping married couples to deepen conjugal love and achieve responsible parenthood is part of the Church's total pastoral ministry to Catholic spouses. Fulfillment of this ministry includes both education and pastoral care. This means "instilling conviction and offering practical help to those who wish to live out their parenthood in a truly responsible way" (Familiaris consortio, 35). The Catholic Church supports the methods of Natural Family Planning (NFP) because they respect God's design for married love.

Last weeks were quite busy. We celebrated Holy Week and Resurrection Sunday. What's more, Deniz and Marta had their wedding day on April 9th. We just wanted to share some good memories from those weeks. 🥳 Christ is risen! Indeed, He is risen! 😇

Time is close. Yesterday we celebrated Palm Sunday with a beautiful procession around our chapel with palms in our hands. May this time until Resurrection Sunday be full of spiritual preparation. 😇

Warm thanks and gratitude from the Scouts of Gdańsk .
Last Saturday, we carried out the project “Good News from Bethlehem” concerning the Bethlehem Light of Peace. We would like to thank the members of the English-speaking pastoral community for conducting workshops for our scouts.
We are thankful to Anju and her husband for the wonderful Hindu puzzles and stories.
We would like to thank Justyn for introducing us to Christmas customs and traditions in his native Nigeria.
We express our gratitude to Ann Tony for teaching us how to cook the Christmas delicacy “Pidi.”
It was fantastic to welcome you all, and we are looking forward to continuing our cooperation.

On Sunday, during the Holy Mass, we had special guests from Mexico. They participated in the prayers of our English-speaking community. After the Mass, Father John, from Parafia św. Kazimierza w Gdansku, gave them a blessing in Spanish on the occasion of their 30th wedding anniversary. After the Mass, they joined us for a shared meal. 🇵🇱🇲🇽

On the 26th of October we had another very special Mass in our English-speaking community. This time, Xeon accepted his First Communion. Before his special day, Xeon took many lessons with Sister Karolina, preparing him for this moment and expanding his faith. It was a great joy for the whole community to witness this special moment. Congratulations to you, Xeon. 😇

On the 19th of October we had a very special Mass in our English-speaking community. Deniz accepted three sacraments: Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation from the hands of Bishop Peter Przyborek. We wish you all the best on your way in faith.😇

Last Saturday, we celebrated Mass with our wonderful African community here in Poland. It was a special time of faith, fellowship, and cultural sharing that brought us all closer together. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this celebration truly memorable and possible. Behind the altar was Fr. Luke Zakrzewski from Poland and Fr. Claudy Maganga from Zimbabwe. Mass was celebrated at Saint Anthony of Padwa Church in Gdansk Brzezno. 😇
