We have been ministering since 2007 now, and have been privileged to witness 26 marriages only by Grace and through sovereign will of our Lord Jesus Christ. The story of David (the way I see it ):

1- Declare your fight so there's no room to back off

2- Collect your stones and make sure they're smooth

3- Give your best shot and don't worry about killing Goliath

Pick your battle. Prepare for the fight. Give your best. God will take care of the giant for you.

It's important to learn here that sometimes we get lost collecting stones. We keep feeling we need more of them to win. The more we collect the more we desire. In the end, we lose the courage to fight. Therefore, pick your battle, and then choose your stones. Rest assured, with faith and determination even one stone can make your giant fall on his face.

When David slung that first stone he didn't know Goliath would die (that's why he had four more prepared). But when he took the shot he didn't rely on those four that were in his pouch. He made sure to give his best on the chance he got with that one stone.

So have courage. Gear up. And fight your best fight one day at a time.
