تنہائی میں پڑھی جانے والی یہ نماز اللہ تعالیٰ سے مناجات اور ملاقات کا دروازہ ہے۔ احادیث نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میں اس کی بہت زیادہ فضیلت بیان ہوئی ہے۔ ’’حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ کو تمام نفل نمازوں میں سب سے زیادہ محبوب نماز، صلاۃِ داؤد علیہ السلام ہے۔ وہ آدھی رات سوتے (پھر اٹھ کر) تہائی رات عبادت کرتے اور پھر چھٹے حصے میں سو جاتے۔

بے شک میرا رب دُعاؤں کو سُننے والا ہے۔ 🤲❤✨

وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ
(Quran 2:155)

"And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient."

اور ہم ضرورتمہیں کچھ ڈر اور بھوک سے اور کچھ مالوں اور جانوں اور پھلوں کی کمی سے آزمائیں گے اور صبر کرنے والوں کوخوشخبری سنا دو۔
