📖 Sahih Bukhari 1151

Islam humein sikhata hai ke ibadat mein itidal (balance) bohot zaroori hai. Roza sirf bhook aur pyaas ka naam nahi, balki ek aisi ibadat hai jo insaan ko sabr, taqwa aur Allah ki qurbat sikhati hai. Excess aur kami dono se bachna hi asal ibadat hai.

کیا آپ جانتے ہیں کہ عاشورہ کا روزہ پہلے فرض تھا؟ 😮

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے یوم عاشورہ کا روزہ رکھا اور ابتداء اسلام میں صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم کو بھی اس کا حکم دیا۔

لیکن جب رمضان کے روزے فرض ہو گئے تو عاشورہ کا روزہ فرض نہیں رہا بلکہ نفل بن گیا۔

حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما عاشورہ کا روزہ صرف اس وقت رکھتے جب وہ ان کے معمول کے روزوں کے دن کے مطابق آتا۔

📖 حوالہ: صحیح بخاری 1892

یہ حدیث ہمیں عاشورہ کے روزے کی اصل حقیقت بتاتی ہے.

ایک اعرابی نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور پوچھا:
مجھ پر کتنی نمازیں، کتنے روزے اور کتنی زکوٰۃ فرض ہے؟
آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: پانچ نمازیں، رمضان کے روزے اور زکوٰۃ۔
اس نے کہا: نہ اس میں اضافہ کروں گا نہ کمی۔
رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
اگر اس نے سچ کہا ہے تو کامیاب ہو گیا، جنت میں داخل ہوگا۔ 🤍

نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ میں نے جنت میں اپنے آگے حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کے جوتوں کی آواز سنی 🤍
جب پوچھا گیا کہ آپ کا سب سے زیادہ امید والا نیک عمل کون سا ہے؟
تو حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا:
میں جب بھی وضو کرتا، دن ہو یا رات، اس کے بعد نفل نماز ضرور پڑھتا تھا۔

یہی چھوٹا سا عمل جنت کی خوشخبری کا سبب بن گیا 🌿
آج سے ہم بھی وضو کے بعد دو رکعت نفل کا اہتمام کریں۔
