It is with deep sorrow that we share the sad news that Rev. Fr. Nasir William's Father, Master William Masih has passed away.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Rev. Fr. Nasir William and his family during this time of grief. May the Lord grant eternal rest to the departed soul and give strength, comfort, and peace to the bereaved family. May our Heavenly Father console them with the hope of the Resurrection.

The Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund welcomed Archbishop Dr. Joseph Arshad at its Islamabad office in a meaningful engagement hosted by our CEO Mr. Nadir Gul Barech, along with the PPAF senior leadership. Reflecting the spirit of Christmas and PPAF’s commitment to interfaith harmony, mutual respect, and social cohesion, the visit included a cake-cutting ceremony symbolising shared joy, unity, and goodwill.
Beyond festive goodwill, the dialogue focused on strengthening mutual understanding, identifying shared challenges, and exploring collaborative pathways to advance inclusive development, peace, and dignity across communities.
The engagement brought together faith and community representatives, including Mr. Ranjeet Singh (Former MPA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), Pandit Rakesh Chand and Mr. Anwar Bhatti from the Pakistan Sanatan Dharam Social Welfare Council (Krishna Mandir, Rawalpindi), Ms. Shagufa Jamal from the Bahá’í Community of Pakistan, and Mr. Sher Majam, President of the Pakistan Kalash Youth Council, reaffirming a shared commitment to unity in diversity and results-driven cooperation for poverty alleviation.

Christmas Party Get-Together 2025
A grand and joyful Christmas Party Get-Together 2025 was held at Katoon-e-Fatima Catholic Church, Islamabad, celebrating the true spirit of Christmas in an atmosphere of peace, unity, and goodwill.

The program was honored by the presence of the Chief Guest, Mr. Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Federal Minister for Interior, Government of Pakistan. The distinguished gathering also included His Excellency Archbishop Dr. Joseph Arshad, Bishop of the Islamabad–Rawalpindi Diocese, along with the Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Inspector General of Islamabad Police, senior government officials, Pak Army Christian officers, Mr. Naeem Bhatti, priests, religious sisters, and a large number of faithful from the parish.

The event was gracefully hosted by Rev. Fr. Sarfraz Simon. Students of Islamabad Convent School (F-8 and H-8) presented a meaningful Christmas Play and Tableau, beautifully portraying the message of Christ’s birth. The celebration was further enriched by melodious Christmas Carols presented by the Katoon-e-Fatima Church Choir, while Mr. Jabbar Mansha added a cultural touch through a vibrant Cultural Christmas Geet.

On this special occasion, Ave Maria Catholic TV – Islamabad–Rawalpindi Diocese presented a special presentation highlighting the pastoral services, leadership, and contributions of His Excellency Archbishop Dr. Joseph Arshad to the Diocese, which was warmly appreciated by the audience.

The event concluded with prayers, expressions of gratitude, and a renewed commitment to promoting harmony, peace, and Christian values in society.
