Speaker Profile:
Yasin Asad is currently heading the Islamic Ethics Program at the Message Grammar School. Previously, he has taught English and Business Studies at various schools across Lahore. He completed his BSc in Political Science and Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) back in 2013 and is currently pursuing his MPhil in Education Leadership and Management from there as well.
Moreover, he has spent the last six years studying the Classical Subjects of Islamic Knowledge under traditional scholars.
He is also the Co-Founder of Naseeha Institute, a non-profit and non-political educational institute dedicated to reviving Islamic learning and scholarship among the masses by bringing the study of the Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah to students and working professionals in an institutionalized setting.

Speaker Profile:
Arsalan Ahmed is a Consultant Director for the Department of Islamic Studies at the Message Foundation. He has also been teaching at universities and is also the Director/Assistant Professor at the Institute of Islamic Perspectives and Guidance at University of Management & Technology (UMT) and an Adjunct Faculty of Islamic Studies at one of the leading Liberal Arts Colleges of Pakistan, Beaconhouse National University (BNU). Arsalan did his post-graduate studies in International Political Economy (MA) from the University of Warwick as a Commonwealth Scholar. Prior to this, he studied from the LUMS where he did his B.Sc (Hons) and MSc in Economics and Finance.
In addition to contemporary education, he also completed his 7 years of the Pre-Aalimiyah Degree in 2015 where he has studied the classical Uloom of Deen under traditional scholars.

The arrival of Rabi-ul-Awal is a happy occasion for the Islamic world dedicated to the love of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In the sanctity of this holy month, the lovers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) express their love and affection by singing the praises of the Blessed One. On this occasion, Namal Religious Society in collaboration with Namal Literary & Debating Society is going to organize the 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐔𝐥-𝐋𝐢𝐥-𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 on Monday, October 25, 2021.

This event consists of the following competitions:
1. Qiraat
2. Naat
3. Speech
