Introduction to Pakistan Methodist Church
Pakistan Methodist Church is located in the Village Ladhekey Neewain, Sowey Aasil, Raiwind road and it is 45 km far from Lahore City. American Methodist Mission was the first to have reached here before the partition of India and Pakistan, They began preaching & serving in this small village in the early 1940's however the mission Church was officially re

gistered in 1969. The Pakistan Methodist Church’s foundation was laid on 2nd March 1984 by the holy hands of our honorable Professor Doctor Rev. Naseem Shahab-uddin who was a remarkable spokesperson with fluency in (8) eight languages. He carried out with his Missionary and Church services for several years in the village in his life. The Church that has served for the last 70 years is now closed for prayers & services due to deficiency of funds to renovate / rebuild the building that has sunken foundation and needs an uplifting of 5-7 feet or the more proper solution is Rebuilding the Church from the very foundation with a maximum strength to last more than a 100 years from now. Reason of the Sunken Foundation
Pakistan Methodist Church is surrounded by a vast land owned by “Bahria Town Society” which is one of the famous & largest developers company of Pakistan. The land has been bought for future developments and so far it has not been planned that leaves the fields intact. Rainwater started to create puddles that made the soil moist and in few years it reached the boundaries of their possessed land that has the Church foundation sitting right next to it, Church foundation began to sink and therefore the Church Building is no more reliable or safe to be used for services. Reviews and Remarks
The Church Management Committee has discussed over many important facts about the Church Building with Architects, Engineers and Local Building construction experts and therefore has declared that the Church building cannot withhold the moisture streaming into it’s foundation through the neighboring land and renovation is neither the treatment nor the solution. The Only possible and long lasting solution is to rebuild the Church on new strong foundation. New prevention methods will solve the sunken foundation issues and other land related issues will be taken care of during the construction. Cost Expenditure for Reconstruction
Total Project Cost = Pakistani Rs. 55, 00,000 /- equivalent to US$ 55,000/-

Help us Re-build the “House of God”
Let’s join hands to share our love and gratitude with the Christians of village Ladhekey Neewain. The New Church Building awaits financial support for the construction project. The economically disadvantaged villagers are unable to afford the construction cost. It’s their only place to worship and a 6 decades of relationship as well. Both the Management Committee of Pakistan Methodist Church and the Christians of Ladhekey Neewain are appealing to government agencies, Organizations & Businesses, political and public figures to extend their hands and donate to rebuild the House of God. We humbly request all our brothers and sisters to donate for this cause and help us make our new place for worship. You can deposit directly in to the Church bank account. Best wishes and God bless you. Thank you
