In the context of current issues and facbook discussion by some people regarding the academic debate of religious purpose,by the grace of God I wrote this and "Published in Daily Khabrain Pakistan" Urdu language Newspaper.
Does Pakistani law permit academic debate, or does it amount to religious insult?
A democratic society is strengthened when truth is sought through knowledge, dialogue, and reason—not hatred or provocation. Pakistani law protects both freedom of expression and respect for religious beliefs, while drawing a clear line against hate speech and deliberate incitement.
In my latest column, I discuss the legal and constitutional balance between academic criticism, religious freedom, and the laws relating to blasphemy, supported by constitutional provisions and judicial precedents.

I invite readers to engage with this important discussion in the spirit of knowledge, justice, and mutual respect.

Justice Prevails,the result of Professional duety to provide free Legal Aid, I am thankful to God who using me and I am sharing the Love of Jesus Christ with people through Legal Proffession.
Today, 30-06-2026, the Hon'ble Lahore High Court dismissed the Post-Arrest Bail petition of the accused. This is an important step toward justice for the complainant and strengthens our faith in the rule of law. We remain committed to pursuing the case until its lawful conclusion.

Honored and privileged to serve as a Motivational Speaker at the Advance Level Professional Career Counselling Session with Youth (FY-26) held at St. Aster Memorial Church, Q-Block Model Town, Lahore, under the project "Socio-Economic Empowerment of Youth in Pakistan."

As an Advocate, Attorney at Law, I had the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive session on the legal profession, advocacy, public service, and the vital role lawyers play in upholding justice and protecting the rights of citizens. I encouraged young people to pursue their goals with dedication, integrity, and a commitment to serving humanity.

It was truly inspiring to interact with talented and ambitious youth who are preparing to become the future leaders, professionals, and change-makers of our nation. Investing in the next generation is one of the most meaningful ways to build a stronger and more prosperous Pakistan.

My sincere appreciation goes to Joint Efforts for Community Uplift to Prevail (JECUP) Lahore and Global Christian Relief (GCR-USA) for organizing this valuable initiative and creating opportunities for youth empowerment through career guidance and professional development.

اشتہاری قانون میں کس کو کہتے ہیں۔ پولیس اور عدالتی اشتہاری میں فرق پاکستانی قانون کیا کہتا ہے۔ دفعات کی روشنی میں وضاحت

پاکستانی قانون میں 'اشتہاری' (Proclaimed Offender) سے مراد وہ شخص ہے جو جان بوجھ کر قانونی کارروائی سے بچنے کے لیے روپوش ہو گیا ہو اور عدالت کے بار بار طلب کرنے کے باوجود حاضر نہ ہو رہا ہو۔
مجموعہ ضابطہ فوجداریCrPC کی روشنی میں پولیس اور عدالتی اشتہاری میں فرق اور متعلقہ دفعات درج ذیل ہیں:
1. پولیس کا مطلوب شخص (Absconder)
جب پولیس کسی جرم کی تفتیش کر رہی ہو اور ملزم گرفتاری کے ڈر سے فرار ہو جائے یا سامنے نہ آئے، تو پولیس اسے اپنی ریکارڈ میں 'مفرور' یا 'مطلوب' قرار دیتی ہے۔
* **اختیار:** یہ ابتدائی مرحلہ ہوتا ہے جہاں تفتیشی افسر ملزم کی تلاش میں چھاپے مارتا ہے۔
* **حیثیت:** پولیس کا اشتہاری ہونا ایک انتظامی عمل ہے، یعنی پولیس اپنے ریکارڈ کی حد تک اسے مفرور ظاہر کرتی ہے۔
# # 2. عدالتی اشتہاری (Proclaimed Offender - P.O)
عدالتی اشتہاری وہ شخص ہوتا ہے جسے عدالت ضابطہ فوجداری کی **دفعہ 87** کے تحت باقاعدہ اشتہاری قرار دے چکی ہو۔ یہ پولیس کے اشتہاری سے کہیں زیادہ سنگین درجہ ہے۔
# # # قانونی طریقہ کار اور دفعات:
پاکستانی قانون (CrPC) کے تحت عدالتی اشتہاری بنانے کا ایک خاص عمل ہے:
* **دفعہ 87 (اشتہار برائے مفرور شخص):** اگر عدالت کو یقین ہو جائے کہ کوئی شخص وارنٹ جاری ہونے کے باوجود جان بوجھ کر چھپ رہا ہے، تو عدالت ایک تحریری اشتہار جاری کرتی ہے۔ اس اشتہار میں ملزم کو **30 دن** کی مہلت دی جاتی ہے کہ وہ عدالت میں پیش ہو جائے۔ یہ اشتہار ملزم کے گھر کے باہر یا عوامی جگہوں پر چسپاں کیا جاتا ہے۔
* **دفعہ 88 (جائیداد کی قرقی):** اگر اشتہار جاری ہونے کے بعد بھی ملزم پیش نہ ہو، تو عدالت اس کی منقولہ (Mobavle) اور غیر منقولہ (Immovable) جائیداد ضبط کرنے کا حکم دے سکتی ہے۔
* **دفعہ 89 (جائیداد کی واپسی):** اگر اشتہاری شخص دو سال کے اندر عدالت میں پیش ہو جائے اور ثابت کر دے کہ وہ جان بوجھ کر مفرور نہیں تھا بلکہ کسی مجبوری کی بنا پر نہیں آ سکا، تو اس کی جائیداد اسے واپس مل سکتی ہے۔
# # پولیس اور عدالتی اشتہاری میں بنیادی فرق
| خصوصیت | پولیس کا مطلوب (Absconder) | عدالتی اشتہاری (P.O)
| **دفعہ** | عام طور پر پولیس رولز کے تحت۔ | ضابطہ فوجداری کی دفعہ 87، 88۔ |
| **حکم نامہ** | تفتیشی افسر کی رپورٹ پر مبنی۔ | مجسٹریٹ یا جج کا تحریری حکم۔ |
| **جائیداد** | پولیس جائیداد ضبط نہیں کر سکتی۔ | عدالت جائیداد ضبط (Attachment) کر سکتی ہے۔ |
| **سزا** | یہ صرف گرفتاری کے لیے ہوتا ہے۔ | تعزیراتِ پاکستان کی **دفعہ 174-A** کے تحت اشتہاری ہونے پر الگ سے سزا بھی ہو سکتی ہے۔
خلاصہ:
پولیس اشتہاری صرف ایک 'مطلوب ملزم' ہے، جبکہ عدالتی اشتہاری وہ ہے جس کے خلاف عدالت نے تمام قانونی تقاضے پورے کرنے کے بعد اسے 'قانون سے بھاگا ہوا' قرار دے دیا ہو۔ عدالتی اشتہاری کا نام مستقل طور پر 'رجسٹر نمبر 4' میں درج کر دیا جاتا ہے اور اس کی گرفتاری کے لیے ریاست کے پاس زیادہ سخت اختیارات ہوتے ہیں۔
