Lahore Church Council (LCC) of the United Church in Pakistan is a largest ecclesiastical registered society in Pakistan which succeeds about 152 foreign and native church missionary organizations since 1932. The present management is working lawfully under leadership of Elder Mushtaq Sajeel Bhatti, the Secretary General/Moderator. LCC was illegally amalgamated by unscrupulous persons to wipe out its legal and ecclesiastical history by creating a fake forum namely Presbyterian Church in Pakistan the said fraudulent amalgamation has been declared illegal vide judgement and decree dated 30/09/2013. LCC has been functioning for the promotion of its objects since its inception till today. The holding operation for its institutions, churches, schools and hospitals has been started. It is sorry to say that during the period of civil litigation from 1992 to 2013 when LCC was rising out from its ashes many spurious persons started claiming its management just to grab its assets. And some rebellious so called priests/so called ordained ministers are still not working under the chain of command of LCC but are claiming pseudo management against the lawfully declared and actual/ factual executive committee of LCC. However LCC management is doing hectic legal and programmatic efforts to retrieve its institutions and assets from the illegal occupants and pseudo forums namely PCUSA,PCP,COP,etc.
