Imām Alī ibn Mūsā al-Reza (alayhi salām) said:

He who begins his day with good health, peace of mind, and availability of that day’s food is as if he is given the whole good of this world’

Holy Prophet Muhammad al Mustafā (salla llāhu ʿalayhi wa-alehe wa-sallam) said:

‘The most basic level of infidelity is for a man to hear a fellow brother say something and memorize it for future use against him in order to shame him with it. Those are worthless people indeed.’
