Is all anxiety bad?

Some anxiety reflects a heart that cares. Concern for our Aakhirah, our families, and our neighbours should move us towards meaningful action, not leave us overwhelmed.

As Dr. Hooman Keshaverzi explains, take action on your concerns, fulfil your responsibilities, and then allow yourself to find calm.

THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE QURAN
presents

THE WORDS THAT BROUGHT US BACK

The mistake is entirely your own and the road back feels impossible?

After descending from the Garden, humanity was not met with cold rejection. In a moment of pure mercy, Allah Himself gifted Adam (AS) the very words to seek forgiveness, turning toward him as At-Tawwab, the Ever-Pardoning, the Most Merciful. Discover how Surah Baqarah reframes human stumbling: we are not defined by our lapses, but by whether we open our hearts to the divine words that teach us how to return.
