HWO is striving for development of communities in Khyber Pakhtun Khwa regardless of any kind of discrimination on the basis of race, cast, religion, culture, gender and social status. It intends to serve as a forum based on heterogeneous participation across the country by providing support to growing global movement for the betterment of the following:
1. Environment
3. Health.
4. Water Managemen

5. Agriculture
The core Objective of HWO is to promote people centered development:
• For improving livelihoods of poor and vulnerable communities especially women
• Reducing poverty in every corner of Pakistan by means of providing vocational training, access to literacy, health and hygiene. Our organization is working for poverty alleviation; eradication of child labor in all its forms, promotion of education; women development and environmental protection on no profit no loss basis covering all the areas in KPK and plans to extend it to all over Pakistan. The study of various sectors of the rural areas of KPK’s economy reveals that it is the most backward area of Pakistan in term of socio-economic development. It is therefore; need of the time to start an accelerated process of development to uplift this area and to ensure delivery of the development benefits at the grass root level with the objective that its residents can grow and prosper like other developed areas of Pakistan

آج 14 اگست مناتے ھوے جب قومی ترانے کے لئے سب کھژے ہوے تو آنکھوں سے بے اختیار آنسو جاری ھو گئے۔عجیب کیفیت تھی۔دل کر رھا تھا کہ شکر ادا کرنے کے لئے سجدے میں گر جاوں۔اس آزاد فضا میں لہلہاتےپرچم ایک نعمت سے کم نہی ھمارے لئے۔۔۔

مرغی کی دوکان سے گزرتے ھوے حسرت سے دیکھنے والوں اور بڑی بڑی داعوتوں میں اس امید سے کام کرنا کہ بچا کھچا کھانا اپنے بچوں کے لئے لے جائیں گے۔۔
آج ان سب کے گھر مرغی کا سالن پکا ھو گا اور سب نے پیٹ بھر کر کھایا ھو گا۔۔۔
