Today’s Harvest Sunday service at Bradford Cathedral welcomed Bishop Aleem Anwar, Bishop of the Diocese of Faisalabad, Church of Pakistan.

Bishop Aleem brought heartfelt greetings from the Diocese of Faisalabad to the Bradford parish and community, and had the honour to lead in the Holy Eucharist during this thanksgiving celebration.

Revd Andy Bowman and the Bradford Cathedral congregation offered warm prayers and blessings for the Christian community in Pakistan, rejoicing in our shared faith, gratitude, and global fellowship.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 | 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐤 # 424 𝐉.𝐁

An evening filled with prayer, purpose, and passion — organized under YODOF (Youth of Diocese of Faisalabad).

The seminar began with an opening prayer and a powerful message from Bishop Aleem Anwar, who spoke on the life and character of Samuel — highlighting his obedience, calling, and unwavering faith.

This was followed by an insightful session from Sheraz Kaleem, President of YODOF, who shared the mission, vision, and structure of YODOF — encouraging the youth to rise as leaders and become active in the spiritual and social life of the Church.

The seminar concluded with an empowering session by Mr. Jamshed Gill, Legal Advisor of the Diocese of Faisalabad, who motivated the youth in a unique way, emphasizing their role in society with confidence and responsibility.

A day to remember — where the seeds of leadership, faith, and community service were sown deep.

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 3 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩!

Today marked the 3rd Episcopal Anniversary of Bishop Aleem Anwar, Bishop of the Diocese of Faisalabad, Church of Pakistan. A joyous celebration was held in gratitude to God for His grace and the impactful leadership of our Bishop.

The program began with a time of worship and prayer, followed by a powerful message from 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐊𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐫.
Sheraz Kaleem, Head of Youth, presented a detailed report highlighting the progress and initiatives carried out under Bishop Aleem Anwar’s leadership.
Following this, Jamshed Gill shared a comprehensive diocesan development report, shedding light on the administrative, and social growth within the Diocese.

Many clergy members, including Rev. Mohsin Mehmood and Revd Issac Javid, shared heartfelt reflections on the Bishop’s service, wisdom, and dedication.
All priests from the Diocese were present, making the celebration even more meaningful as they stood united in appreciation and prayer.

We were honored by the presence of our distinguished guests, 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐊𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐫 and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥, who graced the occasion with their support.

A joyful cake cutting ceremony was held to mark this special milestone, symbolizing unity and thanksgiving.
We thank God for His continued guidance and pray for even greater impact in the years ahead.
The program concluded with a time of fellowship as refreshments and food were served to all attendees.

His Grace Bishop Aleem Anwar called upon all the community leaders of Chak # 424 J.B to come together in a special gathering to commemorate 𝐘𝐨𝐦-𝐞-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐫 on May 28 — a historic day that symbolizes the strength, sovereignty, and unity of Pakistan.

We were honored by the presence of several notable religious leaders who joined in solidarity and prayer, including 𝐅𝐫. 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞, 𝐅𝐫. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐳, 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥 and 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐝. Their participation added great spiritual significance to the occasion.
