Presbyterian Church in Pakistan - Registered We are a Group who are trying to Help Pakistani Persecuted Christians who are always been ignored & giving them Biblical, Skill & Academic Education.

Before proceeding further about the need of a Spiritual Theological Seminary is that as a result of deep vast exploration of anti-Christian vindication made spread here and there in the world authored by high skilled non-christian scholars, we have felt an inevitable need of an Interdenominational Theological Seminary CUM Christian University to prepare the young to face the future challenges to r

ebut the non-christian sources. In this seminary and Christian University, besides providing religious education, the students will receive the academic education upto graduates and post graduate level. The world knows that our schools and colleges have been nationalized by the Government and thus we are socially, economically and politically crushed. No doubt it seems very hard but not impossible. We believe that God helps those who help themselves. Let us join hands in this noble cause and pray for the fulfillment of our divine vision.

After the transfiguration, Jesus cast a demon out of a man’s only son. His disciples couldn’t do it, but Jesus did. The people “were all amazed at the greatness of God. But while everyone was marveling at all that He was doing, He said to His disciples, ‘Let these words sink into your ears; for the Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men’” (Lk 9:43-44). In the midst of celebration & awe over the power of God to deliver & save as revealed in Jesus, Jesus tells of His impending humiliation. Seems strange at first glance…until we recall Jesus’s mission & purpose. Jesus did not come to simply cast out a few demons & deliver a few people. He came to defeat Satan & all his minions, opening the door to deliver all people from sin & death, to make it possible for all people to leave the slavery of Satan & enter the freedom of the family of God. That victory is only won thru submission & sacrifice, thru denial of self & taking up of our cross. Submission & sacrifice, self denial & cross bearing—therein lies true victory & celebration. Will we walk in true victory & celebration today?

2 Corinthians 2:14-17 📖 No one likes feelings of inadequacy, but they are something we all must learn to handle, as no one can avoid them permanently. Tragically, however, many people live with a cloud over their head because in their thinking, they never measure up. For some, this may be due to childhood experiences that negatively affected their self-image. For others, the problem may stem from a lack of success related to work, school, relationships, or any number of things.

In today´s passage, Paul asks a question that points to a common insecurity: ´Who is adequate for these things?´ (v. 16). Have you ever avoided serving the Lord in ways that challenge your comfort zone? If so, you´ve probably missed a tremendous opportunity to overcome feelings of inadequacy. He has promised to lead us ´in triumph in Christ´ (v. 14), but unless we believe Him and step out in faith, we´ll never experience the fullness of life that He has planned for us.

Feeling inadequate is not a sin, but using it as an excuse is. When the Lord challenges you to do something that you feel is beyond your abilities, you have two options: You can focus on Christ and proceed in triumph, or you can focus on yourself and withdraw in defeat. It´s really a matter of faith. God would never ask you to do something without empowering you to accomplish it. This doesn´t necessarily mean you will do it perfectly, but each step of obedience is a victory. The alternative is to play it safe, but then you´ll miss out on God´s best for your life.

Revelation 19:11-16 📖 In today´s passage from Revelation 19, we see Jesus exalted as the King of Kings. He is shown returning to earth to rescue His people, judge the wicked, and set up His kingdom. As heaven opens, Christ rides out on a white horse in power and great glory. This appearance is nothing like His quiet arrival in Bethlehem as a helpless baby. This time, ´every eye will see Him´ (Revelation 1:7), as He comes to bring inescapable judgment.

The exalted King is not coming alone. The armies of heaven—who are clothed in the fine linen of the bride of Christ (Revelation 19:7-8)—are following Him on white horses. If you are a Christian, you will be in this army of saints and angels. This describes the fulfillment of the promise that says believers are going to rule and reign with Him (Revelation 5:10). One day, Jesus will literally reign on this earth as King. But even before that time, He comes to rule in the heart of every believer. Sometimes Christians try to keep Him exclusively in the role of Savior, but salvation is just the beginning of all the blessings the Lord has in store for us. Only in submission and obedience to Christ´s authority will we be transformed into His image and live a life worthy of His rewards (Revelation 22:12).

In all practicality, who is the king of your life? Who is it that guides your decisions and directs your path? The Creator has a plan and purpose for your life, which can be discovered only by living under the authority of Jesus Christ. May His kingdom come and His will be done—on earth and in your heart.

John 14:1-6 📖 The last verse in today´s passage makes a powerful and unequivocal statement. Jesus clearly says, ´I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.´

People have taken exception to that statement for 2,000 years. Some say the Lord didn´t mean for it to be taken literally. Others categorically reject His authority to make the claim at all. However, as believers in the lordship of Jesus Christ, we must take what He says as truth. So let´s think for a moment about the word picture in that verse. When Jesus calls Himself ´the way,´ many people imagine a one-way street. They take this to mean that there are lots of roads, but He is the only one that leads to the Father. That´s a good image, but I think we can do even better. I like to think of Jesus not as a road but as a bridge—our bridge to God. Consider the apostle Paul´s warning in Romans 3:23: ´For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God´ (emphasis added). The picture here is of a great chasm between us and God, and we cannot make it across. Unable to bridge the gap, we fall. So, what is the only way across a chasm? A bridge, of course. And that´s what Jesus is for us. He stands in the gap, providing safe passage across the void and into the loving arms of the Father.

Meditate on this mental image. When we imagine ourselves helpless and lost—with heaven just out of reach, beyond a great divide—we can begin to appreciate the true power of the cross

Hopelessness is a miserable trap that blinds a believer to the Lord. The only way out is to deliberately focus on Jesus Christ through praise, prayer, and Scripture. This is probably the last thing a discouraged person wants to do, but hope awaits those who are willing to see life from God´s perspective.

1 John 4:7-10 📖 Without a sense of purpose, there is no hope. But the Lord created each person for a reason: to love God and be loved by Him. He pursues us and does everything in His infinite power to reveal Himself. The Lord wants each person to understand who He is and respond in worship and devotion.

God´s love is personal. Christianity stands out among world religions because God desires a personal relationship with every man, woman, and child. His care isn´t limited to just one group; He loves every individual and desires regular, intimate conversation with each one. God´s love is unconditional. It´s who He is (1 John 4:8) rather than simply something He does. Nothing about your character or behavior can make Him love you less or more. Nor are His care and concern limited, because He is infinite and eternal. God´s love is available to everyone. It is inexhaustible and reaches across every boundary or hindrance man can set up in an attempt to keep God at a distance. The Lord does not have favorites, but He does have intimates. These are His followers who spend time with Him, talking and listening, walking in obedience, and desiring to know and love Him with their whole heart. He wants all of us to choose this kind of relationship with Him.

While salvation is a one-time event, sanctification is a lifelong adventure. And though the Lord sees believers as righteous, we still have the capacity to sin. Thankfully, God´s Spirit guides and empowers us to become more like Jesus, and as we yield to Him, our behavior and thoughts will change.

1 Corinthians 13:4-6 📖 Today´s verses teach that love ´does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth´ (1 Corinthians 13:6). This means believers aren´t to dwell on the harm others cause and write them off as hopeless, despicable criminals. Love enables us to hate the evil unjustly visited upon the innocent while valuing the one who committed the act. More simply, we hate the sin but love the sinner.

In spite of everything that seems apparent about someone who´s been driven to sinful actions, God has created him or her with the potential to be made into something good. Outwardly, it may seem as if a difficult upbringing, poor treatment, or negative influence has corrupted a person´s morality and worldview beyond repair. For such individuals, the capacity to love and rise above circumstances can get buried so deep that it may seem nonexistent. God still considers the most evil and corrupt person worth saving. How do I know this is true? Because in John 3:16—one of the very first verses we teach children—He said that whoever believes in God´s Son will have eternal life. Many of us are guilty of thinking we deserve His love because we look good compared to those we deem unlovable. But God doesn´t work that way. He loves every single person, no matter how awful his or her sin may be.

Matthew 7:7-8 📖 As we´ve seen, there is a pattern to seeking God´s guidance. The first step—cleansing—is actually important throughout the entire process. In fact, all but one of the remaining steps have no particular order and can fit together in many ways.

The exception is surrender. The Lord cannot share His plans for our life until we are committed to following Him no matter what. He certainly knows whether we are seeking direction in order to obey or merely to consider what He suggests. Therefore, surrender must precede even our prayers for guidance. First John 5:14-15 says that the Lord hears and grants our petitions when we ask according to His will. It´s possible to make requests that are not of God, but believers who yield themselves will find their way to the right request and the best possible answer. Most of the time, God guides believers to an answer through His Word, which is why I encourage people to meditate upon it (Psalm 1:2-3). Our reading can take us to the very passage that deals with our situation or reveals a principle that applies. Sometimes God speaks a crystal-clear message to a person´s heart that nobody else would glean from those particular verses. The key is to believe that the Lord is going to guide you, and to live out that faith (Mark 11:24).

The process of seeking guidance is often slow, so we must wait. Running ahead or manipulating circumstances can be a costly mistake. Our omniscient, sovereign God acts on behalf of those who wait for Him (Isa. 64:4). Those who seek direction will receive—that´s a promise (Matt. 7:7-8).

The Creator of all things has decided not to live inside His creation without you. He has included you in a participatory expression of His life in this world. You don't do it without him and He doesn't do it without you. Your life is a divine partnership that is both you and Him. Live today as if you are in union with God because you are.

Becoming a man or woman with a heart for the Lord is a valuable goal. Our aim is not perfection but a consistent, growing relationship with Him. In the process, we will discover that our desires and interests increasingly align with God´s, and obeying Him will be our great delight.

Psalm 63:1-8 📖 You´ve probably heard people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A similar concept applies to our heart and mind. The fuel we give them each morning greatly affects the remainder of the day. Think of time in God´s Word, prayer, and meditation as spiritual nourishment for your relationship with the Father.

David began his day with the Lord. In Psalm 63, he described seeking God early (the literal translation of earnestly). He woke up ravenous for his Creator, and after filling his yearning soul with the fullness of the Lord, he broke out in thanksgiving and praise to Him. Even while lying on his bed at night, David was still thinking about his heavenly Father. Just imagine having a day like that—filled with joy and gratitude to God. This is possible when we set apart the beginning of our day to spend with the Lord, listening to Him speak through His Word and talking to Him in prayer. Our blessing will be even richer when we stay mindful of God throughout the day and into the night, contemplating who He is and how He works. Seeking the Lord not only fills our empty soul; it also increases our hunger for more of Him

The sacred conscience is one that has been kept spotless through confession of sin (1 John 1:9) and reflects a desire to know and follow God´s will. Once we are cleansed, we can live without guilt, walking openly and transparently before the Lord. When we do sin, we know immediately that we need to get right with God. The struggling conscience is clogged with rules and regulations, and its spirit of legalism makes us critical of our performance. Having created our own radar system of ´should, ought, and must,´ we´ve used it to determine right or wrong. In doing so, we fail to understand God´s righteousness, which can never be replaced with self-righteousness. The soiled conscience is stained from harboring sin. If we consistently choose our way over God´s, we lose sight of what´s suitable and true. Excuses like ´I can´t help it´ add to our lack of peace and the unreliability of our inner compass. The seared conscience is insensitive to sin. When we continually resist and ignore its warnings, such a conscience will, over time, become numb to moral alarm.

Ask God to show you how well your internal conscience is operating, and then allow Him to restore it.

1 Corinthians 2:10-16 📖 The Lord has given you a conscience for your protection. To develop and trust this warning system, you must be committed to taking certain actions.

In fact, God often chooses to have His work done through those whom the world regards as foolish, weak, unimpressive, or ordinary. He has two main purposes for doing this. First of all, by accomplishing great things through unexceptional people, He proves that the world´s wisdom is foolishness. And second, God´s people don´t have any reason to boast: They have no power to save themselves and no ability to serve Him apart from His strength and wisdom. God isn´t interested in impressive human talent and natural ability. He´s looking for humble people who are totally dependent upon Him and willing to make themselves available for whatever He calls them to do. Moses didn´t feel the Lord could use him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt because he wasn´t eloquent, but he became one of the greatest leaders in Jewish history. David was young and had no experience as a warrior, but the Spirit of God empowered him to kill a giant with one small stone.

If you´re a believer, it doesn´t matter how young or old you are or how qualified you feel. If you´ll simply depend on Christ, make yourself available, and obey Him, He´ll use you for His glory.

1 Timothy 1:18-19 📖 To enable us to distinguish between what is morally right and wrong, God has given us a conscience. It is His gift to help us avoid shipwreck in our lives. Your conscience serves as a kind of spiritual radar; the condition you keep it in will determine how much you can trust it.
