PRAYER VIGIL FOR PEACE🌏🕊️

On Easter Sunday, during his Urbi et Orbi message, the Holy Father invited everyone around the world to join him in a Prayer Vigil for Peace today, April 11. This call comes in light of the ongoing disputes in the Middle East.

The Youth of Theotokos prayed the Holy Rosary in response to the Holy Father's call, joining him in a Prayer Vigil for Peace today.

As this is a simultaneous activity worldwide, let's see this not as mere compliance, but as a mission — carrying in our hearts the hope for peace and love to flourish around the world.🤍

Fr. Bernie reminded us that we are chosen and called by God to serve Him, the Church, and His people according to our vocation. May we see this service as our consolation, reward, and treasure — for the one reason that it allows us to encounter and receive Jesus, the greatest treasure of all.

The Youth of Theotokos attended today’s Parish Lenten Recollection and Confession, which began with Holy Mass followed by a talk from Rev. Fr. Bernie DP. Edayan, SThL, entitled “𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄.

Tonight, Fr. Bernie reminded us that as we journey with Jesus during these days of Holy Week, mindful and contrite of our sinfulness, may we carry in our hearts the gratitude for God’s mercy and forgiveness.💜
