Refering to the manual when exploring a new device that was bought is the best way of knowing How to use it. Same with the bible, God's ultimate directive and standard or truth is something that should guide us in this perversed world. Where truth is a relative term a subjective term according to what the masses believe and accept.
But true truth comes from the Word.
Thats the reason why the word is commonly used as light.

Christianity is known not only for our generosity and love but also by the way we merge dependecy on God with the choices that we do everyday.
Thats is why living in dependecy to God requires His wisdom.
Dependecy doesnt always mean do nothing, rather it is a kind of response that centers on what God wants us to do, how God wants us to react or behave in a certain situation.
God cares for the choices that we make and he wants to be a part of it❤

Not only for His purpose be achieve in our life. But also for us to experience that there is absolutely nothing much more sweeter and much more joyful life in this world apart from Him❤.

Thus wisdom is something we desperately need and sooner or later. Something we would WANT❤

GOOD MORNING!

We can, most of the times, hear people talking about the places where they traveled recently. In a lot of those conversations we can hear comparisons of which beaches are good and how others are nothing to compare with.

The experience we have about the places we have been greatly influences the idea that nothing from the past experience or places can compare.

Walang katulad. When someone or something is greater than all we have experienced we can truly say that wala tlgang katulad.

Same goes for our relationship with God. He carefully moves in ways we dont usually see to bring about the fact that He is incomparably greater than all things in this world. That there is no other who is capable of saving and satisfying the human heart at the same time .

And for those whom He touches and convicts. He calls them to experience more of Himself. In those experiences of God's blessings and Goodness, We can come to the conclusion that there is none like our God.

God calls you NOW to experience na wala syang katulad.

Good morning RBCCF YOUTH😁.
what a great day to be alive to experience more of God in our life as we continue to live each day with joy and hope that He is at work sa buhay natin💕

Last week's word was DEPENDENCE. and the question we had to answer was. How or in what situation where you able to say that you Personally place your dependency on God?.

This week's challenge/assignment is also linked with our messages yesterday. At it was about FILLING THE GOD SHAPED HOLE IN OUR HEARTS.

The assignment is:
Take your time within the week to do a devotional (reading Gods word) and pick a verse that caught your attention. And share to us what made you picked that verse.(or any experience you have that has a connection to what the verse is saying).

This will be our topic in our sharing time this coming sunday afternoon 😁. .

Feeling excited? Yeah. we should be. Coz the more we draw near to God and let Him fill His rightful place in our hearts, the more we are able to experience God to the fullest. Only God can satisfy and fill our empty hearts. ☝️☝️

Hebrews 11:1

Book summary:

Common message of the book that Jesus is superior and that we are to trusts him in the highest level in comparison to the trusts we exercise in this world.

Two reasons for writing.
1. Tell us about the superiority of Christ over all that has been revealed in the Old testament. The angels(God's word),moses making the Tabernacle( hope for the new creation) , priests ( eternal priest) , sacrifice(ultimate sacrifice)
2. Challenge readers to remain faithful to christ despite of the current situations and persecutions we experience.

Define each term
Confidence - the feeling of being certain that something will happen or that something is true.
A feeling that would never bring oneself to the point of worrying or doubting about something or someone.

Assurance
a strong and definite statement that something will happen or that something is true
A strong feeling of certainty about something even if it was not seen or shown.

Question: why did the author place two nearly synonymous terms in one sentence about faith?
Is it to say that faith is a complex thing.?

No. Its is definitely to highlight the simplicity of faith. It is an immovable, unwavering, undeterred belief about God's work moving in our life. It is a feeling of being absolutely certain that even if the answers we are expecting are not answered we know that God has something better. (Read the last verse).

We are to fix our eyes on Jesus. No matter what happens. Jesus is superior over all. His superiorty is without a doubt something we can depend and trust in everything big or small.
