BEC MASS | August 23, 2022 - Tuesday. Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) Mass of the Our Lady of the Pillar Zone 1-B presided by Rev. Fr. Ellery Roy Galvez.

Birthday celebrants on months of August and September were blessed by Fr. Roy, tricycle and motorcycles were also blessed as well as the new water refilling business of our beloved Zone 1B BEC President, Mrs. Jessica Mariano Francisco.

We give thanks to everyone who have gathered, who shared their personal intentions and offerings. We also thank the BEC leaders, officers and the youth who was with us tonight and most especially we give thanks to the Francisco Family for accommodating us.

In memory of our Brother, Kim Graciano Vidad; September 4, 1998 - August 14, 2022

Kim was the Parish Youth Coordinator of the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Parish, Tugbungan, and the Central Vicariate Youth Coordinator of the Archdiocese of Zamboanga.
He was an active youth member for the past 10 years.

Kim is fondly remembered by all his family and friends as someone who is very jolly, supportive, approachable, understanding, loving, and fun to be with. He is a great friend and a great leader.

The Archdiocesan Youth Apostolates expresses its deepest condolences to the family of the late Kim G. Vidad.

Buen Viaje, Kimmmy!

Eternal rest grant unto the soul of Kim, O Lord.
And let perpetual light shine upon him.

The Jovenes de San Antonio de Padua express their sympathies for the sudden passing of Kim Graciano Vidad. Our fellow leaders and youth members are truly grateful for your attentiveness in your ministry, as a parish youth leader in Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage , a Central Vicariate Youth Coordinator, a school teacher, and a missionary worker for the local Church of Zamboanga.

Let us pray,

Loving and merciful God,
we entrust our brother to your mercy.
You loved him greatly in this life;
now that he is freed from all its cares,
give him happiness and peace for ever.
The old order has passed away;
welcome him now into paradise
where there will be no more sorrow,
No more weeping or pain,
but only peace and joy
with Jesus, your Son,
and the Holy Spirit
for ever and ever.
