The Archdiocesan Commission on Migrants and Itinerant Peoples (ACMIP) successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter Meeting highlighted by a half-day skills training on P**o Pao Making for all parish coordinators, in partnership with TESDA.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the TESDA personnel for generously sharing their time, expertise, and skills with our coordinators, empowering them with livelihood opportunities and practical learning.
In the afternoon, a heartfelt tribute was dedicated to Sr. Mary Ann in recognition of her invaluable service as the Archdiocesan Coordinator of ACMIP. Fr. Manny, ACMIP Director, delivered a touching farewell and thanksgiving message, expressing deep appreciation for Sr. Mary Ann’s unwavering love, dedication, and commitment to the ministry. Fellow coordinators also shared their messages of gratitude and presented tokens and gifts as a sign of their appreciation and affection.
As a symbol of gratitude for her years of faithful service, Fr. Manny awarded Sr. Mary Ann a Plaque of Appreciation and a special token.
At the same time, we warmly welcome Sr. Leah Pama as the new Archdiocesan Coordinator of ACMIP, succeeding Sr. Mary Ann. May her journey in the ministry be filled with grace, compassion, and meaningful service to migrants and itinerant peoples.
