On this Fourth Sunday of Easter, we are reminded that Jesus Christ is our Good ShepherdβHe knows us, calls us by name, and leads us to life.
βMy sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me.β (John 10:27)
In a world full of noise and distractions, the voice of the Shepherd remains gentle yet certain. He does not force us, but invites usβto listen, to trust, and to follow. As sheep of His flock, we are not lost nor forgotten; we are guided with love, protected with mercy, and nourished with grace.
Reflection:
Good Shepherd Sunday calls us to examine: Whose voice am I truly following? The voice of Christ leads to peace, truth, and self-giving love. It may not always be the easiest path, but it is always the path that brings life. Today, let us open our hearts more deeply to His call, trusting that even in uncertainty, the Shepherd walks ahead of us.
May we also become shepherds in our own wayβcaring, guiding, and loving others as Christ loves us.
