In the spirit of the Diocese of Virac's Synodal Journey, Most Rev. Luisito A. Occiano, D.D., Bishop of Virac, has declared the vacancy of all Parish Pastoral Councils, Barangay Pastoral Councils, Parish Youth Pastoral Forums, and Barangay Youth Pastoral Forums, effective 12 July 2026.

This marks an important step in the renewal of our participatory structures, strengthening communion, participation, and mission as we continue to journey together as one Church.
