𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨

Priest and seminarians from the diocesan seminary, the Immaculate Conception Seminary, visited the parish to promote vocations for priesthood during the 22nd Sunday Ordinary Mass on August 30, 2026. While the visiting priest and seminarians attended the Mass at Hawan Grande, a simultaneous Mass was celebrated at the Chapel of Hawan Ilaya, presided over by Rev. Fr. Felbert V. Reyes, Parish Priest of Mary Queen of the Families Parish.

Furthermore, the culminating activity of the nine-day Aurora Novena, was sponsored by the Youth Forum of Hawan Ilaya.

Special Meeting Preparation for PeñaFrancia Celebration

Special Meeting was held at Balite chapel as the Parish prepares for the celebration of annual Peñafrancia festivity. Present during the meeting were the Barangay Matandas, Barangay Captain of Balite, Cabos of Barangay Balite, and the Parish youth representatives.

A HISTORIC “I DO” FOR OUR NEW PARISH!

Today, history was made as 9 couples from the four barangays of Mary Queen of Families Parish celebrated our very first Parish Mass Wedding—a joyful celebration of love, faith, family, and community.

With the whole parish rejoicing with them, these couples made their sacred promise: “Until death do us part.” 💒

As the Lord reminds us: “What God has joined together, let no one put asunder.” (Matthew 19:6)
