Today we celebrate not only your birthday but also the faithful servant of God you continue to be. We are truly grateful for your leadership, prayers, and the way you faithfully shepherd Church So Blessed.

He lifted me up from the pit of despair, out of the miry clay; He set my feet upon a rock, and made my footsteps firm. (Psalm 40:2)

He knows my name.

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine!” (Isaiah 43:1)

Is there anything more deep to ponder on than the fact that God knows your name? Both Job and David wrestled with this question saying “What is man, that You would even think about him?” It is a good place to take our minds in thoughts and meditation, and ultimately in prayer. That the God of the universe knows you and thinks about you.

By the way, I added a second “hidden” concept in this image. Please let me know if you can find it. (Hint: try Psalm 147)

JESUS WELCOMED CHILDREN
Mark 10:13-14
And they were bringing children to him that he might touch them... But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, "Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God."
Point: Jesus loves kids and wants them close to Him.

Matthew 19:14
But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven."

GOD CARES FOR CHILDREN
Psalm 127:3
Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.

Matthew 18:10
See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
