LOOK: Bangsamoro pilgrims begin their Miqat at Dhul Hulaifah Miqat in Madinah on May 10, 2026, marking their formal entry into the sacred state of ihram before continuing their Hajj journey to Makkah.

The Miqat serves as the designated point where pilgrims declare their intention and start the spiritual rites of pilgrimage. Located in Abyar ‘Ali, about 14 kilometers from the Prophet’s Mosque, the Dhul Hulaifah Miqat Mosque (Masjid ash-Shajarah) remains a significant gateway for pilgrims bound for Hajj and Umrah.

As we bid farewell to the blessed month of Ramadhan, the Bangsamoro Government joyfully welcomes the month of Shawwal. We pray that Allah SWT accepts our fasts and devotion, granting us His manifold rewards.
