📌YOU ARE A TEMPLE, NOT A DOORMAT

In the Christian faith, your body and spirit are described as the 'Temple of the Holy Spirit' (1 Corinthians 6:19). When you allow someone to chronically disrespect, devalue, or mistreat you, you are essentially allowing that "temple" to be defiled.

Love, as defined in 1 Corinthians 13, "does not dishonor others." If a relationship requires you to accept dishonor just to keep the room from being empty, it has ceased to be a reflection of Christ’s love and has become an idol of "company."
