On August 13, we remember the fourth apparition of Our Lady of Fatima. While the three children were unable to meet the Blessed Virgin Mary in Cova da Iria on that day, she appeared to them at Valinhos on August 19, 1917.

Through her messages at Fatima, Our Lady continually calls us to prayer, repentance, and conversion. May we continue to respond to her call and entrust our intentions to her maternal care.

โ€œO my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy. Amen.โ€

โ€œAng kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.โ€

Sa pagdiriwang ng International Youth Day, ating kinikilala ang mahalagang papel ng kabataan sa Simbahan, sa pamayanan, at sa lipunan. Sa ating murang edad, marami tayong maaaring gawin, matutunan, at maibahagi sa iba.

Nawaโ€™y gamitin natin ang ating panahon, kakayahan, at lakas hindi lamang para sa ating sarili, kundi para sa paglilingkod at pagpapalaganap ng pananampalataya. Patuloy na maging kabataang may malasakit, may paninindigan, at handang maglingkod sa kapwa.

Bilang mga kabataan ng EYM, sama-sama nating panatilihing buhay ang ating pananampalataya at paglilingkod sa Diyos.

Last night after our Holy Hour, ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ. ๐…๐ซ. ๐’๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐ฒ๐ž๐ฌ shared a short yet deeply meaningful message on the true purpose of spending time in Adoration: learning how to truly S.T.A.Y. with Jesus. ๐Ÿค

๐…๐ซ. ๐’๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ reminded us that Holy Hour is not about rushing through prayers, but about remaining present in His Eucharistic presence:

S โ€” See Him: Looking at Jesus exposed in the Blessed Sacrament with eyes of faith.

T โ€” Talk to Him: Opening our hearts to Him openly and honestly, just like a friend.

A โ€” Allow Him to speak: Entering into silence so we can listen to His voice in our hearts.

Y โ€” Yes: Giving our unconditional "Yes" to whatever He asks of us, trusting His plan completely.

Today, August 7, our parish community gathered in prayer for the First Friday Devotion, through the Holy Hour and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

The First Friday Devotion is dedicated to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, reminding us of His boundless love, mercy, and compassion for all. As we spend time in Eucharistic Adoration, may our hearts be renewed, strengthened in faith, and inspired to respond to Christโ€™s love with deeper trust and devotion.

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus continue to guide us, fill us with His peace, and draw us ever closer to Him.

Our Eucharistic Choir gathered earlier tonight for an inspiring rehearsal session with ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฏ๐š! With tomorrowโ€™s 1st Friday Mass just around the corner, she guided us in mastering our new song lineups. ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฏ๐š focused on vocal projection, helping us deliver every hymn with clarity, strength, and heart to elevate our worship. ๐Ÿค

Last Friday, our Eucharistic Choir offered their voices in service once again! Following our mass ministry, we gathered for a meaningful Apostolate for the Dead, where we sang prayers and hymns for the repose of the souls of our dearly departed brothers and sisters.

It was a solemn and humbling experience to use our gift of music to bring comfort to grieving families and to offer spiritual support through song.

Last Thursday, our Eucharistic Choir had another fruitful session with our music coach, ๐‚๐จ๐š๐œ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ง! ๐Ÿค

He gave a final polish to our song line-ups, making sure every detail was set. ๐‚๐จ๐š๐œ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ง guided us through proper vocal section divisions to harmonize seamlessly, while teaching us essential breathing techniques to sustain our notes and project our voices with ease.
