PGCAG Christian Education Dept The PGCAG Christian Education Dept. is committed to equip & disciple the body of Christ. CHRISTIAN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

The Christian Education Department.

is committed to fulfilling the three-fold missions of the Phils. General Council of the Assemblies of God, of which the primary reason for being is:

1. to be an agency of God for evangelizing the world (Acts 1:8; Matt. 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16)
2. to be a corporate body in which man may worship God (1 Cor. 12:13)
3. to be a channel of God's purpose to build a body of saints being perfected in the

image of His Son Jesus Christ (Eph. 4:1-6; 1 Cor. 12:28; 1 Cor. 13:12). Christian Education Ministries involve the administration and coordination of programs or strategies to facilitate the spiritual growth or discipleship of believers into Christ-likeness. Discipleship Ministries
Disciple making is a primary function of the church. Sunday school has proven its effectiveness by systematically teaching Biblical principles and godly living to people at every age and stage of life. Children and Youth Ministries
Children and Youth Ministries exist to serve the local church, its pastors and laity as they pursue excellent ministry to the children of their communities. We endeavor to unify the many facets of a local church’s children’s ministry and strive to grow the local church by reaching and discipling children and their families. Training Ministry
This ministry was developed to serve our churches by organizing and forming teaching teams, who are available to do seminars and workshops to train and equip both trainers and teachers. CE Department organizes teaching teams available for seminars and workshops to train and equip both trainers and teachers. Curriculum Ministry
Curriculum ministry exists for the purpose of assisting the Council’s constituents by developing, providing or recommending programs or curriculum geared towards developing both ministers and their members alike. CE Dept. provides for curriculum development to serve the Biblical education needs of the church for all ages. Aside from the curriculum for children’s Sunday School and VBS directly published by National CE Dept., we have ministry partners who are helping us provide materials for youth and adult.

Love first. Welcome always.
Because the church is not for the polished, it’s for the broken, the weary, the loud little ones, and everyone Jesus loves. 🤍
.."Be the kind of people who make it easy for others to meet Jesus. Love so deeply that no one ever wonders if they’re welcome in the Lord's house. Because the world doesn’t need picture-perfect churches or well-behaved christians. It needs compassionate ones. The ones who love like Jesus."

Let’s be real... behind every great sermon, every heartfelt prayer, and every “God’s got this” encouragement… there’s probably a cup (or three) of coffee keeping our pastors going! 😅

This Pastor’s Appreciation Month, we’re taking a moment to celebrate all the amazing pastors who pour so much of their hearts into serving God and His people. 💛 Those who show up week after week, preaching the truth, comforting the weary, guiding the lost, and cheering on the faithful. Those who lead with wisdom, serve with humility, and love with a heart that mirrors Christ. 🌿

We see your early mornings, your late nights, your prayers that nobody else hears, and your quiet sacrifices that often go unnoticed. Your faithfulness, passion, and dedication don’t just fill pulpits; they fill lives with hope. 🙏

So here’s to the ones fueled by faith, strengthened by grace, and yes, occasionally powered by caffeine! ☕✨ May you continue to find joy in the calling God has placed on your life. You’re deeply appreciated, more than words (or coffee cups) can express!

💬 Tag your pastor and let them know how much they mean to you!

📖 “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” — Psalm 136:1

People will let you down—friends may walk away, promises may be broken, love may fade. But God’s love never fails. His love is steady when everything else is shaky. I’ve seen seasons where people I trusted weren’t there anymore, but God’s presence never left. His love stayed.

Sometimes we look for love in all the wrong places, chasing validation from people. But the truth is, no one’s love will ever be as perfect and unfailing as His. If you’ve ever felt abandoned, remember this: God’s love will hold you when nothing else does.

💭 Have you ever felt His unfailing love in your lowest moments? Share your story—it could comfort someone who feels unloved today.

📖 “My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19

Have you ever been in a place where you had nothing left—financially, emotionally, or spiritually—and then, out of nowhere, God provided? Maybe it wasn’t what you expected, but it was exactly what you needed. That’s how He works.

God’s provision doesn’t always look like abundance—it looks like enough. Enough strength for today, enough hope to get you through, enough resources to take the next step. Looking back, I realize God has never failed to provide exactly what I needed at the right time.

🍞 Have you experienced God’s provision in your life? Share your story—it may encourage someone waiting on Him to provide.
👉 Send this to a friend who needs the reminder that God sees and cares.

📖 “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

Sometimes life doesn’t go the way we planned. We face disappointments, detours, and heartbreaks. But what if the plans we thought were perfect were never meant to be? God’s plans are always greater—even when we don’t understand them in the moment.

I’ve had dreams that didn’t work out, and at the time it felt like the end. But later, I realized God was leading me to something far better than I ever imagined. Maybe you’ve had that happen too. His plans are not just good—they are perfect, even when they come through broken roads.

📌 Have you seen how God turned a failed plan into something beautiful? Share in the comments—you might help someone trust Him with their future.

📖 “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” — Psalm 56:3

Fear has a way of paralyzing us. It whispers lies: “You’re not enough, you’ll fail, you’ll lose.” We all know that voice. But faith speaks louder. Faith doesn’t erase fear—it gives us courage to move forward anyway. When you choose to trust God in the face of fear, you discover strength you didn’t know you had.

I remember seasons where fear nearly consumed me—fear of the future, fear of rejection, fear of failure. But every single time I surrendered that fear to God, I found courage to keep going. And maybe you need that reminder today: fear may scream, but faith declares, “Even if I don’t know what’s next, I know Who holds my future.”

💬 What fears are you fighting today? Share in the comments and let’s encourage one another with faith.

📖 “His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22-23

Every new day is proof that God hasn’t given up on you. Yesterday may have been filled with failures, regrets, and mistakes, but when the sun rises, His mercy rises with it. That means today is a fresh start.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve gone to bed discouraged and woken up to a new day where God gave me another chance. Maybe you’ve felt the same. Don’t let yesterday’s failures define today’s opportunities. Each morning is His way of saying, “I’m not finished with you yet.”

🌅 What new mercy are you thankful for today? Share below and let’s spread gratitude together.
