Youth today are hardworking, goal-driven, and success-oriented.

There’s nothing wrong with pursuing dreams—God actually desires for us to succeed. But many of us say, “Magpapahinga ako kapag successful na… kapag may pera na.”

The truth is: God values work, but He also designed us to rest.
We are made of three parts: Body, Soul, and Spirit.

If one becomes weak, the whole life becomes imbalanced—like a three-legged chair that cannot stand if one leg is broken.
In this message, we will discover:
• Why rest is part of God’s design
• How to take care of your body, soul, and spirit
• How digital overload affects our minds and emotions
• Why true rest is found in Jesus
