Ministry is a blessing, but sometimes it also comes with heavy responsibilities, sacrifices, and pressure. Especially in youth ministry, there are moments when we need to step up, become available, and carry more for the work of God.
And honestly, thereโs ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, may wisdom ka, and God is the One who entrusted it to you. Hindi lahat ng โyesโ sa ministry ay people pleasing. Sometimes, itโs simply ๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ to be used by God.
In the Bible, Moses led an entire nation, Nehemiah rebuilt the walls while leading people, Paul discipled churches, and even Jesus ministered to many while training His disciples. Their responsibilities were heavy, but God sustained them because the calling came from Him.
At the same time, ministry is not just about doing the work. It is also about ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, encouraging others to serve, and raising the next generation for Godโs kingdom. Paul reminded Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2 to entrust the ministry to faithful people who will also teach others.

๐๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. Encourage people. Raise future leaders. Teach others how to serve God faithfully, just as others once guided and encouraged us too.

๐๐โ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ what other people might say or think about your service. ๐ฎ๐๐
๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ behind every act. Deep inside, alam mo naman kung sino ba talaga ang pini-please mo โ tao ba o si Lord. Because in the end, God knows the heart better than anyone else. Kaya serve with sincerity, humility, and obedience to Him. ๐ฅ
โNot every โyesโ is people pleasing โ sometimes itโs obedience.โ
