Last week, we saw how God’s calling restores us even in our darkest moments. But what happens when God calls us again?

This Sunday, let’s discover the answers to these questions:

1.Does God’s calling for a person change?
2.How do God’s hands move people’s hearts?
3.What does Jonah 3 tell us in our day and age?

Join us this Sunday as we continue our journey through the story of Jonah and discover how God’s calling, grace, and purpose continue to work in our lives. 🙏

Come and worship with us! See you this Sunday! 🤍

𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 | 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀 𝟰:𝟮𝟯 𝗡𝗜𝗩

In this season of storms and uncertainty, let us stay spiritually grounded in God.

Our emotions can easily take over, especially in anger, and may lead us to hurt others. As Christians, we must guard our hearts and let God guide our thoughts, words, and actions.

1. Pray for wisdom
2. Stay rooted in God’s Word
3. Think wisely and stay humble
4. Watch your words
5. Choose love and forgiveness

Minalin needs us! 🙏

Let us continue to pray for our brethren in Minalin and for everyone who is going there to bring much-needed relief and assistance. May God strengthen, protect, and bless them as they serve and help those in need. 🙏❤️
Donations are still open. Any amount, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and can make a meaningful difference. If you are blessed and able to share, we humbly ask for your kind support.

Let us come together with compassionate and generous hearts. Every prayer, every contribution, and every act of kindness matters. May our simple offerings become a source of hope, comfort, and help to our brethren during this difficult time.

Thank you for your generosity, prayers, and willingness to help. May God bless you abundantly. 🙏🤍

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚

This prayer meeting reminded us, as shared by Sis. Lilia, that temptations will come, but we don’t have to face them alone. Through James 1:12, we were reminded to:

1. Seek God — Find Him through His Word and allow His truth to guide us through life’s struggles.
2. Resist the Devil — Submit ourselves to God, draw near to Him with a sincere heart, and remain steadfast.
3. Listen to Wisdom — Ask God for wisdom and trust Him even when we cannot fully understand His ways.

May we remain faithful in every trial and temptation, remembering the promise in Revelation 2:10

Last Sunday, we were reminded that not all storms are trials—some are redirections. Like Jonah, we may sometimes run from what God is calling us to do because we don’t understand or agree with His plan.

But God uses every situation to bring us back to His purpose. May we learn to 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁.

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚

Our Prayer Meeting yesterday, reminded us of two simple but powerful truths whenever fear tries to overwhelm our hearts:

• When in fear, turn to God.
• Trust God’s plan.

Just as 𝟮 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝟮𝟬:𝟭𝟱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝘀, “𝗗𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱. May we continue to walk by faith, trusting His perfect plan even when we cannot see the whole picture. 🤍

𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘

Even in the middle of suffering, Paul chose to see God’s purpose instead of his pain. Through prayer, the Holy Spirit, and unwavering faith, he remained confident that Christ would be glorified in his life no matter the outcome.

As followers of Christ, we are called to a higher standard—not to live for ourselves, but to reflect Jesus in our words, actions, and character.

“𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁.” ✨

Happy Youth Sunday, mga kabataan ng VWC! 🫶

𝐀 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑, 𝐀 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆🤍

Last Sunday, we warmly welcomed our new pastors and were reminded through Philippians 1:3–11 of what it truly means to serve.

Ministry is not just about having the ability to serve, but having a genuine desire to serve. As we begin this new chapter, may we continue to grow in Christ-likeness, deepen our knowledge through love, and faithfully support the ministry God has entrusted to us.

We believe that God, who began a good work in us, will carry it to completion.

Join us again this Sunday as we gather together to worship and hear the message of the Lord. We hope to see you there! 🤍✨
