PLEASE SHARE EVERYONE..A STATEMENT FROM OUR BELOVED YOUNG ADULTS.
" The children, now part of the CYF and CYAF, even CWA/UCM have grown up worshipping and learning spiritually from the teachings of this church. The parents and grandparents have gone ahead of them, faithfully supporting their families and helping nurture them in this church.
Now, strangers have come and want to claim our church property. They were not part of our journey, nor were they part of how we grew as a church.
They were not there when our parents and elders worked hard to build, maintain, and beautify this beloved church for future generations.
How dare they come and claim what they did not help build? We did not grow with you, especially the BAC people. You were not part of our struggles, sacrifices, prayers, and history.
How can you so easily say that this church belongs to the National UCCP? Our parents did not beg for anyone to build this beloved church. They sacrificed, worked, gave, prayed, and supported its growth. This church carries the memories, faith, and sacrifices of generations who loved and served here.
You cannot simply come now and erase our history, claim our heritage, and take away what our parents worked so hard to build and preserve for the generations to come.
We will not allow you to simply grab this church and claim that it is not ours. We have occupied and cared for this church since 1983, through the generosity of our beloved donor, Dr. Epitacio Alaba, and with the original people who helped build and establish this church.
This church is not just a piece of property—it is part of our history, our faith, our sacrifices, and the legacy of those who came before us.
Back off! You cannot erase our history or disregard the sacrifices of those who built this church. The Lord is on our side, and we will stand firm in protecting what has been entrusted to us."
