Returning to God’s Design: A Gathering for Wellness, Grace, and Vitality

Before life became rushed, God wove simple rhythms into our lives to steady our hearts and guard our health. Yet, between the weight of responsibility and the pace of the world, many of us have drifted from those rhythms.

If you’re feeling the weight of persistent fatigue, unexplained cravings, or the quiet worry of lifestyle diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure, know that your body is not failing you. It is simply whispering—inviting you back to God’s original design.

This Women2Women gathering is a grace-filled space where science becomes simple and faith becomes practical. We’ll explore how small, everyday choices can align us with the life God intends for us.

Ladies, lets come together in a safe space to talk about matters we have long brushed aside, our health and learn about God’s design for us. Join us as we encourage one another to care for the bodies God has lovingly entrusted to us—one kind, doable choice at a time.
