Re: DIOCESAN COMMISSION ON YOUTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Dear friends in the Youth Ministry,
Praise be Jesus and Mary!
This is to remind you of the DIOCESAN COMMISSION ON YOUTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY (DCYGA) on
November 20 - 22, 2015 at San Lorenzo Deacono, Aglayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
You are encouraged to send 3-5 youth leader-representatives by which only 3 of them shall be
given the right to vote during the election. Each shall contribute to the host parish a 200Php to
cover their meals for 3 days and other materials needed for the assembly. Youth leaders will subject
for thorough discussion for the amendment/ approval of the DCY ministerial manual which also
served as guidelines for the election of our new diocesan youth officers.
As young servants in our diocese, we are very much grateful for the trust, cooperation and support
you have given us in journeying together with all the diocesan youth programs and your creative
innovations to handed it on to your respective parishes/chapels/communities.
Below is the program of activities for your reference:
Please confirm as early as possible the number of participants from your parish and if possible their
respective names and genders for logistical purposes.
