While many chose to rest, the Adventist youth of Bohol chose to serve. For Global Youth Day 2026, the Bohol Adventist Youth Province-wide Association (BAYPA)gathered in Ubay to turn the theme "Communion in Action" into a reality. It wasn’t just an event—it was a province-wide movement of young people sacrificing their time to share God’s love with the community.

For the whole day, our youth were on the ground making a difference through:
Medical Missions & Hospital Visitations
Jail Visitationsb(Bringing hope to the dark places!)
Community Service & House Visitations
Water Drives & Book Distribution

“ What an incredible and fulfilling day our Global Youth Day on March 22, 2026 has been! In just one day, we experienced the joy of being the hands and feet of Jesus, serving with love, spreading kindness, and making a real difference in the lives of others. There is something truly powerful about seeing faith come alive through action, and today, we lived it.

This GYD was even more special and historic because we had the rare honor of hosting esteemed guests for the very first time in our community:

ECPUC President –Pastor Joer Barlizo
CVC President –Pastor Bernie Maniego
CVC Youth Director –Pastor Harold Hallasgo
CVC Ministerial Director –Pastor Ceriaco Valencia
CVC Stewardship Director –Pastor Romeo Ilustrisimo

Their presence inspired us, encouraged us, and reminded us of the greater mission we are part of. Today wasn’t just about outreach or service; it was about unity, faith, and purpose coming together as a youth community to reflect Christ’s love in tangible ways.

Thank you to everyone who participated, served, and poured out their hearts. Let this day be a reminder that even small acts of kindness have eternal significance, and together, we can make a lasting impact.
