WORSHIP DEPARTMENT MONTHLY EVALUATION & LUNCH FELLOWSHIP 🤍🎶

A time to pause, evaluate, and realign—not just as a team, but as worshipers called to serve with excellence and a heart for God. Every evaluation is an opportunity to grow, every conversation a chance to strengthen one another, and every responsibility a reminder that what we do is ultimately ALL FOR HIS GLORY. 🙌

Today at Kids Ministry, our little ones learned about David and Goliath—that we don’t have to be the biggest or strongest when we have a BIG GOD on our side! 💪❤️ When fear says, “You can’t,” faith says, “God can!” May our kids grow up knowing that with God, they can face every giant with courage and confidence. 🦁🔥

There are moments when God is calling, but we keep telling ourselves, “Not yet.” We wait for the right time, the right season, the right circumstances—when all along, His invitation is already here. Come while He is near. Seek Him while He may be found. Respond while the door is open. Receive while grace is being extended. Don’t let another moment pass while God is drawing you closer.

Today, may we realize that obedience is not something we should keep postponing. His presence is available, His grace is reaching, and the door is still open. How long will you wait? If He is calling you today, answer today. If He is drawing you near, come near. Let this Sunday be more than another service—let it be the moment you finally say, “Yes, Lord. I’m ready.” 🤍

Before God expands the ministry, He stretches the worshiper. Sometimes the stretching comes through uncomfortable seasons, greater responsibilities, deeper surrender, and moments that challenge our faith. It may feel difficult, but God is preparing us for what He is about to entrust to us.

As a worship team, may we not waste the stretch. May we allow God to enlarge not only our ministry, but also our hearts, our faith, our character, and our capacity to carry His presence.

The stretch is not punishment—it is preparation.
And when God stretches us, He is making room for something greater. 🙌🤍

Tonight reminded us that outgrowing our old self is not about becoming someone completely different—it’s about becoming more like the person God is calling us to be. We may carry old habits, fears, mindsets, and versions of ourselves that once defined us, but we don’t have to stay there. Growth begins when we choose to let go, surrender, and take one more step forward.

Maybe you’re not where you want to be yet, but look how far you’ve already come. Hindi na tayo babalik sa dati. Usad tayo—kahit mabagal, kahit mahirap, basta kasama si God. Because every step forward is still growth, and every surrendered version of ourselves makes room for what God wants to do next. 🤍🌱
